The Spinning Survey

I've been spinning 33x, 3x/day, for the past 5 months, missing a day here and there ; counter-clockwise with both hands joined together in front of my face, looking at my thumbs.
I find the exercise to be an occasion to center myself in the present during the day.
I notice being more centered in general nowadays and have had clearer dreams during this period. However, it would be a bit far-stretched to attribute it only to spinning, as I felt a process taking place due to reading the Wave aside.
I may continue when the occasion presents itself, but will be less diligent to notice any difference.
I still enjoy the game and feeling of centering happening around my heart while spinning.

Q2: Do you identify as 'the artist' or 'the scientist'?
A2: I would identify as a bit of both actually, that's at least what I strive to.

I found this intriguing so have started this survey to ascertain the accuracy of this information.

1. Do you spin to the right or left?

2. Do you identify as 'the artist' or 'the scientist'?

3. How often do you spin, and how many revolutions each time?

4. What effects have you noticed from spinning?
Over the last few years I've 'dabbled' here and there with spinning, never managing to stay consistent (a recurring theme!)
This summer, however, I've undertaken to rectify my flaky dabbling, so:

1. At the moment I just spin anti-clockwise
2. Assuming that if I said 'the scientist, that would mean that I consider my intellectual centre to be more prominent than my emotional centre. If that's the case, I'm 'the scientist'.
3. At the moment, 3 x33 each day, straight after breath work and prayer / meditation (I feel more centred and 'present' that way)
4. At this early stage, nothing that I could reliably attribute to the spinning on its own. I'm hoping, however, to develop the cognitive powers of a super-genius such that I can read all the books that I want to read in a fraction of the time that I think it will take me (oh, and remember absolutely everything). Gotta hope, right?

More than anything else at this point, I'm enjoying the process. It's another 'angle' from which to try and self-observe; it's fun, and I'm pretty sure that I look more than a bit silly doing it (my wife says I don't, but I don't believe her ), which is good for chipping away at self-importance.
