All his research and passion is truly inspiring!

We thought so too. And even if we don't agree with him 100% (ie. Russia) he's still doing a heck of a job bridging many people's knowledge base towards a much greater awareness of things, and getting them closer to the facts and the bigger picture. He also sure knows a lot about who his audience is and how to communicate to them.

Wow, excellent show you guys. Great questions posed especially the one on what he'd say to an agnostic audience. I appreciated his answer. Also his take on silver was very interesting. Thank you.

I've had this thought too regarding precious metals: along with the useful elements of silver that he described is also the fact that it's probably a lot more useful for any kind of barter. In tough times there probably won't be an easy way to make change for an ounce of gold for example (like trading for some meat or other supplies), so trading an ounce of silver for something useful could be quite valuable. If you only had gold and wanted something relatively small and the other person didn't have any way to give you the small thing and something of equal value for the rest of the gold, then it could be quite a loss to trade the gold. Having many ounces of silver instead of one ounce of gold, while less convenient to carry, could be much more practical for barter situations.

Then again, you can't eat precious metals.

Thank you guys so much for this show. Michael Snyder was an amazing guest. I look forward to hearing him again on the show. I pay attention to the articles from his blog (mainly those posted on Sott). He seems to have amazing insight into the bigger picture. Maybe he might not be seeing it from the same exact viewpoint as many here, but he is seeing it none the less. And is probably seeing it from the point of view of many others who deserve to know and understand in whatever way is necessary. Thanks again for having him as a guest and for another great show.

Really fantastic show! I'd also really like to commend Elan, Harrison, William and Shane for being great hosts. Lots of talent popping out of the Sott woodwork!

Keep it up you guys!

Thank you for the show!

The east coast of America threatened with something big?! Really, I do not believe ;)

I know two Polish families willing to move to New York this year, to a really peaceful and safe place, according to them. One of the kids dreams even about becoming a soldier of the USA army… :headbash:

I’ve tried to talk to one of these families in order to draw their attention to some facts about what it’s really going on in the USA now and what more will probably happen in the near future, but they are blind and deaf…

And they seem to be intelligent people… :(

Such a helpful interview! Thanks to all.

I have re-entered a funk in the last few days about the coming financial collapse this has been in conjunction with a mild stomach bug... :( so feeling rather funky all around. I realized I'd entered a state of complacency in the last few weeks as all is peaceful and the impeding collapse is more in the future, perhaps 6 months is what dowsing says to me. So a little more time to prepare. Something kicked in to say, pay attention, your lolling off  .

I opened my Kindle randomly a few days ago and started reading "Riding The Wave" again. The book was saved more to the end where the Wizard of Oz is discussed and the idea this story is 6d inspired made an impression. Rereading this part with more understanding for the second time seems important, a gentle nudging from the C's or other friends? Anyway, the thought that Oz is a 3d sts world catches my interest and think about the scarecrow who believes he has no brain/knowledge, The tin man who believes he has no heart/love, but most of all the lion who believes he has no courage. The message for me is to have courage and this has changed my perspective and given me strength.

Adding the interview with Michael here to this mix has also given me more clarity and strength. I think he gives a realistic scenario as to how this will unfold which diminishes imaginings of doom. Not really agreeing with WW3 though. The questions asked are very good ones as others mentioned here. The closing comments Where inspiring and I'm glad the spiritual and mental attitudes where brought up.
I will buy his book.

Thanks Sott crew for all you do.

edit: clarity of thought.

Hi again,

Just went to Amazon to look at Michaels book and add to my list. This book popped up "The Prepper's Blueprint: The Step-By-Step Guide To Help You Through Any Disaster" and looks to have good reviews. I'm wondering if anyone has feedback on this one or any others like it that can be recommended. I suppose a book on basic survival skills would be useful as the earth changes scenario is on my mind at the moment. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1496092589/ref=pd_luc_rh_sim_01_01_t_ttl_lh?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I agree, I thought this was one your better guests, I liked his wide perspective and broad scope of knowledge.

Definitely a very thought provoking show! His comments on the slow breakdown of the different sectors of the economy really brought to scope just how drawn out this whole thing is going to be. Great questions, great guest, great show!

Well said. Thank you guys for this really excellent show. I found it very informative and inspiring. I would love to hear him on the show again - which would be particularly interesting if it were after he had read Pierre's book too!

Great job folks! :)

I agree and currently you can buy the finished product below the mining cost.

Thanks for bringing Michael to the show, it was informative and enjoyable. He has a time perspective that is pretty deferent than mine e.g. he thinks these changes will take place over the next few years, where as I think the next few months is more likely, but his heart felt words at the end of the show were inspiring, and his work appears to be well founded. Thanks again!

Brilliant show, guys. Michael Snyder was a great guest with an inspirational attitude towards what's to come.
