Looking at the network debug console, the connection the player is trying to make results in this (on the security tab)

radio.sott.net:50500 uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate expired on 11 June 2016 18:13. The current time is 12 June 2016 17:05.

Error code: SEC_ERROR_EXPIRED_CERTIFICATE

I don't think it will work. The chat cannot connect to the server, so it won't be able to connect to the streaming file either.

This link would be working if the service was reachable.
