Mike Lynch is missing after a yacht sank. In a bizarre coincidence, his fraud codefendant died 2 days earlier.
Stephen Chamberlain, the codefendant of tech tycoon Mike Lynch in his US fraud trial, died after being hit by a car on Saturday, his lawyer said.

I was searching for info on this incident, and came across an article - it was a business news site - and it gave a detail about Lynch I thought interesting and adds to the intrigue...
He loved James Bond movies. So much he named certain offices in his business after 007 villains! And having a piranha tank at the office - I'm guessing it was also a 007 themed feature.
And he does have a villainous look!
Anyway, all were found inside the yacht, but one is still missing. Maybe the missing person got sucked into the waterspout?
