Touching moment: Very special last goodbye

I hear you supriyanoel, and my thoughts and sympathy are with you in this precious moment of the final goodbye. I'm glad you could find some comfort from the stories I shared when you most needed that.

Many people don't realize the deepness of the bonds possible between a person and their pet, or towards animals they have cared for in some way -- and certainly not the level of reciprocity one can reach in it. I found these stories very uplifting in that regard when I first encountered them, and I still do now. That's mainly why I decided to share them here, as a token demonstration of this possibility; hoping other forum members would be more easily capable of understanding than most people that animals are not commodities but living creatures in their own right, and the responses have not been disappointing to say the least.

Take care! :hug2:

Totally agree with Palinurus.

You have been lucky to have your precious friend for so long and Lacey has been lucky to have you too. :hug2:

These stories about animals and humans make me always cry. In it I see Grace. And even if they are sad, there is also sadness in Grace. Grace embraces everything.

Animals are marvelous. They are strange teachers, they give us keys that opens doors inside us. Their intelligence seems limited, they are in the realm of 2D but thanks to them we not just understand who we are, but what we can be. And we can be a good human being with an animal as a teacher. :)

Maybe I am repeating myself, but I am in love with animals. supriyanoel I am listening to your story of Lacey, how beautiful is your dog. Thanks to share this magic moment with us. This moment of Grace, unique, precious as a jewel.
