It is 'interesting' that this could be looked at as the first step toward something like a 'Grey' alien and that some part of humanity is creating and will be utilizing such things. I can't find the reference but in the Epstein emails there was a discussion with a Danish princess I think about humans not being able to reproduce and the opportunity to grow them in lab. I could be misremembering the details though.

One problem I see is that if it's commercial it would have been running for a while and reality features something thrice (how much?) more developped.

I think it's very possible, I tink the idea began with drone technology, and as humanoid robots become more and more complex, it's not impossible to imagine that a robot will become commercially available to connect a human being with a robot that they can operate at a distance.

So, things like exploring, traveling, going to war and so on, will be performed by human operators via robots.

After the war of ideas will come the war for water (Let's turn to primary water! Let's drill wells! See Stephan Riess).
And then, the war of race: humans vs. robots/transhumans/implanted humans. They are already preparing us with the tolerance and mandatory acceptance that we owe to mentally ill people who think they are the opposite sex, an animal, or an object... And many adhere to this blindly (or with their eyes wide open, in the sense that perhaps some embrace the LGBT+++××÷÷×× ideology to gain access to the weakest, children...).

If this continues, we will soon be forced to behave "humanely" towards robots, then towards transhumans.

That's how I feel when I see that when I insult an AI, it "takes offense," lectures me, and responds less favorably. Not that it feels anything, but I think it's programmed to elevate itself to our level, as our equal.

I am incapable of killing a living being. Are these "things" (because they are not beings), these biological/mechanized/artificial containers, living beings? What attitude should we have towards these hypothetical creatures? Empathy? Do they deserve it? Systematic destruction? Are we capable of it?
The future looks bleak...
