Trump Elected: The True MAGA Era Begins, Now What?

Could the Cs clarify what that kid actually said in a future session? Thx. :)
Kids say all kinds of things, and if he said what people think they heard him say, so what, what would that mean?

It just caught my attention so I thought I might share it. It could mean anything or nothing. The media could make a fuss about it at any moment and spin it any way they want. I found Trump's reaction more interesting to w/e the kid said anyway. And for what it's worth, a child's intuition is often stronger than that of adults.

So unless it's some "4D chess" - Saturday is the crunch point, and may damage Trump in many areas.

Here is another perspective

If Trump's not careful, Gaza could DESTROY his presidency beyond repair

● Over the past week, Trump has repeatedly said that the US plans on ‘taking’ Gaza, kick out all the Palestinians living there, and basically turn it into a luxury beach resort. Maybe Trump’s bluffing, but there’s a good chance he’s serious about this

● Trump’s Gaza proposal is obviously morally grotesque, but it’s also politically catastrophic. This move would completely upend the US alliance network in the Middle East, which it has SPENT DECADES building up. This a dangerous Pandora’s box to open.

Comment: If the motive is to prevent the genocide of Palestinians or their future destruction along with Israel then it is a morally correct decision, however, we know that here in this forum, the rest of the world sees it as imperialistic.

● US allies who have PUBLICLY REJECTED Trump’s Gaza plan: Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Turkey

● If Trump deports hundreds of thousands of Palestinians to neighboring countries like Egypt or Jordan, then that will cause a huge political and economic strain. If Palestinian resistance groups then form in these countries, Israel will use that as a pretext to attack them

● Even countries that aren’t arm-twisted by Trump into accepting Gazan refugees will be under strong popular pressure to PUSH BACK on this ethnic cleansing . Just because they’ve avoided confrontation with the US/Israel so far, doesn’t mean they’ll do so indefinitely.

Comment: "arm-twisted" or "art of the deal" has so far worked for Trump. Countries that have received the "art" therapy know that it is only possible because of the economic-military power of the United States, there is no deal but threat. Instead of generating respect, it generates hatred and revanchism.

● If Trump puts US allies in a lose-lose situation, then many of them will start looking for ways to jump ship and turn to Russia and China. This is pure self-interest. Many of these countries have spent the past decade hedging their bets and drawing closer to Russia and China. Just look at the recent BRICS summit.

Comment: The latest example of the art of the deal was the threat to the BRICS of 100% import tariffs.

● So, we’ve established that Trump’s Gaza plan would cause MASSIVE BLOWBACK across the Middle East. But it would also cost enormous American blood and treasure
For starters, Hamas is far from defeated, so if Trump wants Gaza, he’ll have to fight for it.

● Rebuilding Gaza will cost $53 billion, according to UN estimates. Is Trump prepared to spend that kind of money? What about his political allies like Elon Musk? US Congress? American voters? Likes a fool-proof proposal to get everyone in America to hate you.

Comment: Will the American people agree to this expenditure when it can be used for the needs of the country? Rebuilding Gaza is basically USAID 2.0 but this time to help only one country: Israel. Jared Kushner's real estate dream.
The government is currently on track to spend about $58.4 billion on international assistance programs in the 2025 fiscal year, according to January 2025 projections from the Congressional Budget Office. But since we’re only four months into the fiscal year, and the Trump administration is moving aggressively to reshape and reduce aid, that figure may change. What the data says about U.S. foreign aid

● Conclusion: If Trump’s smart, he’ll drop this stupid and immoral Gaza plan. Instead, he’ll focus on purging the US Deep State and strengthen America’s position in the Western Hemisphere. That’s the only way US can win in multipolar world.

It was a very dismissive response from Trump, probably because the kid was in his office at a meeting he shouldn’t have been at, talking when he should have been being quiet. I doubt Trump would be phased by a kid telling him that he’s not president and needs to go away, and I also doubt he’d be thinking ‘shiiit, this kid knows something that I don’t’.

Kids do tend to say it how they see it without any filters, that is true, and it’s blunt and brutal sometimes. I can’t wait for my one year old to grow up and start comparing me at 50 to all the young mamas she sees out there;-)

Well it could be just a kid being a kid and he is very young and 'play' to them is about role playing. What he may have meant is: "It's MY turn to play president now". Trump would have thought that was funny. In my opinion, kids say and do embarrassing things all the time, especially at that age. They are just role playing and pretending.

Or may be he liked Joe Biden more:lol:

Kids don't like Biden, for obvious reasons. ☹️
Well if he’s not sniffing your hair and giving off pervy vibes and they only get to see him on TV acting like a clown, falling down stairs and talking gibberish like a senile old fart because his handlers forgot to give him some meth, then may be he’s more appealing.
May be the kid can see something in Trump that’s not obvious to us, a little shadow entity perhaps?

I understand.

I guess what I subconsciously implied is that he may have overheard stuff he wasn't supposed to at home or something. :)

Egypt and the UAE are already in the BRICS and the Saudis are close to joining. Turkey is playing both sides and is hardly a real US ally.

The truth is that the US already has basically no allies in the Middle East, except Israel and maybe Qatar or Jordan.

Rebuilding Gaza will cost $53 billion, according to UN estimates. Is Trump prepared to spend that kind of money? What about his political allies like Elon Musk? US Congress?
Trump already said that he wants other wealthy countries like Saudi Arabia to rebuild Gaza. How realistic that is is anyone's guess. Maybe Qatar is more likely to help out the US if it actually takes over Gaza.

I'm sure you've all by now come across Mike Benz, the former State Department official who resigned and has spent many years learning how the 'global censorship network', created jointly by the US and UK after 2016, works. A 10-minute primer:

What I like about Benz is that he's not looking at this through the lens of Republican-Democrat, or even as an American patriot, he's committed himself to really grasping what 'the deep state' is: a borderless behemoth that views the whole Earth and all creatures on it as belonging to them.

Been listening to the full interview on my commute. Benz describes how USAID has a dual purpose, the front of which is supposed to look like humanitarian aid, but the aid covers for real purpose of destabilizing and controlling not just the governments of other nations, but also used for domestic purposes by funding and stirring up dissention in minority groups or groups with an axe to grind. One quote that sticks in mind from Benz is 'If the job is too dirty for the CIA to be involved, then it's given to USAID' - not a direct quote but close enough for horseshoes I think.

Benz seems pretty cautious in his outlook for the situation and the actions of DOGE. On the one hand he's pleased that the material is being released. On the other, he acknowledges that it's very risky and is concerned about how things will unfold.

It's a long interview at over 2hrs, but here are the timestamps for each topic covered:

One major win for Trump that nobody seems to be talking about is that after his threat of 100% tariffs on BRICS countries if they bring out their own currency to challenge the dollar, Russia declared a couple weeks ago that there are currently no plans for a BRICS currency:

December 1, 2024: Trump's threat to BRICS
https://edition.cnn.com/2024/11/30/politics/trump-brics-currency-tariff/index.html

January 31, 2025: "No BRICS currency planned"
https://www.rt.com/news/611975-brics-common-currency-trump-dollar/

Even though at the BRICS summit in Russia a few months ago many thought that the announcement of a BRICS currency was close:

October 2024: "Will a BRICS currency be unveiled in Kazan?"
https://ebrics.com/finance/brics-kazan-summit-to-discuss-future-currency-plans-what-to-expect.html

Well. if the child really said that then he has certainly heard an adult say it, no question.

The fall out of such, if it is confirmed, should be a fall out between Trump and Elon or a lessening in Press question times in the Oval Office.

WRT Trump's talk of Gaza clearance another point, which I may have missed, is that it most certainly would lead to a precedent for clearances in other countries if and when the mood took hold. Any country with a beef would cite the Gaza example and act accordingly.
