I don't think so. If you've followed the negative press and changes made concerning vaccines in the US then its apparent, to me anyway, Trump knows all about the dangers of vaccines. He knows it all.
It's interesting that this notion of Trump as a naive dummy has circulated around the world
. It's kind of weird, perhaps it serves a purpose. Anyway, its a view point I never found convincing.
Secret History #10: The Great Revealing -Professor Jiang Xueqin
Trump is a unique political genius. His enemies refuse to believe this, and that is why he cannot stop winning.
On October 13th, Trump spoke at Knesset, shortly after Israel and Hamas agreed to a cease-fire to end the two-year war. It was his victory lap for securing peace in the Middle East for the first time in three thousand years.
His speech left many dumb-founded and flabbergasted. Trump called out Miriam Adelson, a dual Israeli-American citizen, who had given over one hundred million dollars to his presidential campaign. He told everyone that he once asked Adelson if she loved America or Israel more, and she refused to answer. The Knesset audience showered Miriam Adelson with applause. She was mortified into a smile.
The eternal debate - is Trump dumb, crass and cannot censor his thoughts or is he cleverly exposing the manipulators. Meanwhile the annihilation of Palestinians as well as free speech is being finalised.
As Glenn Greenwald has pointed out,
by questioning Adelson’s loyalty, Trump was committing what his own administration would deem an act of anti-Semitism.
Trump then directed the camera at Netanyahu.
He asked the Israeli President to pardon Netanyahu, and the standing ovation embarrassed two of Israel’s most powerful men. There was hatred in Netanyahu’s smile, as the spotlight ensnared him.
What to make of Trump’s performance? He implied that this cease-fire would send Netanyahu to prison – which suggested that Netanyahu had prolonged this war to avoid prison. He had humiliated Netanyahu among his family and friends, and in his country and house.
Adelson and Netanyahu believed that they had bought Trump the presidency, and
they will demand retribution for their public humiliation. That most likely means Netanyahu will burn Gaza to the ground and provoke war with Iran to show Trump who is boss.
That is Trump’s genius. He will receive all the credit for a wobbly peace, and none of the blame for a hard war that permits him to accrue more power.
I once read that Trump was a
Teetotaler, and I was sure that the word meant “stupid drunk.”
My mind could not reconcile how the consummate playboy could abstain from drugs and alcohol. He was always on the front page of the tabloids, and no one seem to have any blackmail on him. The Trump we see in public (the one with the meandering speeches, the late-night tweets, the constant TACOing) is a persona and a phantom.
The real Trump is disciplined, calculating, and ruthless.
Few appreciate the stark differences between Trump’s first and second terms. The cognitive dissonance is too great. In the first term, the media accused Trump of being a Russian asset, which
led to the Mueller Report. Some of Trump’s closest allies were
arrested, and some in Trump’s inner circle
defied him. He was impeached twice.
Trump’s disastrous first term culminated in January 6th when Trump’s cabinet abandoned him one by one. Even Trump’s daughter fled far and wide. He was King Lear, and there would be no Cordelia to rescue him.
They had all underestimated Trump, even Ivanka.
Today, he is pulling the strings, and his surrogates are on the offensive. Vance has
scolded the Europeans like little children, and Hegseth has shouted like a drill sergeant at the generals to lose weight. Noem has unleashed ICE on Democratic strongholds, and Bondi is
indicting those who had wronged Trump in his first term. The Democratic Party is in disarray, and the media has lost their bark. The liberal establishment is waiting for next year’s mid-terms, but who is to say there will be mid-terms?
Even if the Democrats were to regain control of the House and start impeachment proceedings, Trump has yet to play his wild card.
Why hasn’t Trump released the Epstein files yet? How about JFK? How about 9/11? Did he not promise full disclosure?
Any director can tell you the secret to a great television series is pacing, and Trump knows television. He has already foreshadowed the release of America’s skeletons in the closet. He is waiting for the perfect time to create the greatest political turmoil.
Imagine how the always resilient Trump can turn the tables on all his enemies at the eleventh hour. Netanyahu has forced America into a hopeless and pointless ground war in the Middle East. There is a draft, the Insurrection Act is invoked, and the streets are burning. Trump’s MAGA movement turns on him, and even his biggest boosters call for his ouster. Then he pulls out his secret weapon: the Great Revealing. All classified files are released to the public. Americans now know it was the deep state who was responsible for JFK, the fake moon landing, 9/11, Covid, Epstein, and Charlie Kirk.
Tucker Carlson, Alex Jones, and Candace Owens call for MAGA to rally behind their Messiah, and destroy the deep state. What happens then?
We are living in the Trump Show. We just refuse to admit it.
