Trump Elected: The True MAGA Era Begins, Now What?

Is the US openly shifting to a private government?

This is the question that stands out from an article untitled "The Terrible Truth About The U.S. Economy Can No Longer Be Denied". Is it just that it's more done in the open with Trump? Does the mass of the money generated by the country is more than ever used to serve a minority? At the end, what the minority have at aim? I see this is in line with @luc post: "So the decision was basically to shift from trying to stop him to using him".

The summary of the article (AI):

  • Kleptocracy Defined: A kleptocracy is a system where ruling elites exploit public institutions to steal resources for private gain, characterized by rampant corruption and impunity for those in power. The U.S. risks becoming one as wealth and political influence increasingly converge.
  • Oligarchic Foundations: Decades of research (e.g., Princeton/Northwestern studies) reveal the U.S. functions as an oligarchy, with policies favoring the wealthy while marginalizing ordinary citizens. Power has long been concentrated among elites, setting the stage for kleptocratic governance.
  • Current Kleptocratic Practices:
    - Private Funding of Public Projects: Trump’s White House renovations (e.g., a gold-fitted ballroom) and lavish spending by officials are funded by private donors with ties to government contracts or investigations. This blurs public and private interests, undermining accountability.
    - Privatized Enforcement: Examples include ICE outsourcing immigration tracking to for-profit bounty hunters, creating a "pay-to-play police state" where law enforcement is driven by profit over justice.
  • Constitutional Erosion: The Founders designed Congress as the sole authority on spending (the "power of the purse") to prevent executive tyranny. When private money bypasses congressional oversight:
    - Presidents can act unilaterally, funding projects or policies without public accountability.
    - The line between government and corporate interests dissolves, enabling corruption disguised as efficiency.
  • Privatization of Sovereignty: Private actors (corporations, donors) now influence policy, military operations, surveillance, and law enforcement. This creates a "shadow government" where decisions are made in boardrooms rather than through democratic processes.
  • Path to Tyranny:
    - Transactional Justice: Rights become negotiable, and enforcement selective when power is sold to the highest bidder.
    - Unchecked Power: If private funds can finance armies or surveillance programs, constitutional limits erode entirely, leading to "privatized despotism."
  • Solutions for Restoration:
    - Reclaim congressional authority over all government spending.
    - Enforce strict transparency and disclosure of private contributions influencing public actions.
    - Prohibit off-budget schemes that treat private cash as a license to bypass laws.
    - Dismantle systems like super PACs and corporate partnerships that prioritize profit over public interest.
  • Core Principle: Democracy requires the people—not private donors—to control both funding and governance. The fight for liberty hinges on restoring "representation with appropriation," ensuring power flows from citizens, not wealth.

Conclusion: America’s slide into kleptocracy is not inevitable but demands vigilance. Reclaiming constitutional integrity means rejecting privatized power and reaffirming that government exists to serve the public—not private interests.

Jimmy Dore points out that RFK jr doesn't seem to be a big fan of Trump's generosity to the pharmaceutical cartel. He just walks out of the meeting when one of their representatives collapses. (just under 10 minute video)

That is fake news smearing RFK. "The Secretary rushed to get medical assistance while others tended to the man, you ghoul, Desai fired back on Twitter.

Imagine being a woke loser who hangs on the political analysis of Aaron Rupar.

The name might not ring a bell, but if you're on social media, there's a good chance you've seen this pathetic dork's work as some sort of LIB braveheart who spends his days fighting against MAGA.

Today, he decided to declare that RFK Jr. ran from the scene after someone passed out in the Oval Office with a medical issue.

Here's how this pathetic loser framed the situation:

White House Deputy Press Secretary Kush Desai wasn't in the mood for Rupar's analysis. "The Secretary rushed to get medical assistance while others tended to the man, you ghoul, Desai fired back on Twitter.

Look who is standing to RFK Jr.'s right. That's Doctor Oz, the noted physician that Rupar would've gladly stroked off back when Dr. Oz was a huge guest of LIB hero Oprah.

America reacts to this loser

Besides being 'symbolic' perhaps, given the attendees and the topic - Big Pharma drugs - this fainting episode in the Oval Office is odd because we still don't know who it was. Initially it was reported as being Novo Nordisk executive Gordon Findlay, and when it happens you clearly hear the man at the podium, Eli Lilly CEO Dave Ricks, turn towards the fainter and say, "Gordon, you ok?"... but MSM reports are making corrections to report now that it was not Gordon Findlay:

Correction: Novo Nordisk executive Gordon Findlay was originally identified in this story as the person who collapsed, sourcing members of the working press at the event. Novo Nordisk told Newsweek in a statement, "CEO Mike Doustdar and EVP, US Operations, Dave Moore were the only two Novo Nordisk representatives in the Oval Office. We hope the gentleman who suffered a medical incident today is okay."

Elsewhere it's reported that "The person who fainted in the Oval Office was one of Eli Lilly’s guests and is now doing "great," the company's CEO said."

:umm:

Anyway, in other MAHA news, Bret Weinstein says the movement is "seemingly blocked at every turn":

"When people get to DC to try to change things, there is an architecture that drains them, wastes their efforts, causes roadblocks... it's disheartening to see it."
