I identify as a climate scientist, and call this journalist lazy for not explaining how this threat intersects with race and gender.
Since Pitt Meadows is a stone's throw away, I did a check online, and the first picture could be a hoax. And since it is more rural, it is a more conservative area. So maybe someone playing tricks?
