I wouldn't want to under-estimate difficulties - objective problems, the condition, etc.
I know of the phenomenon called "black pilling" - which seems to be a distorted view on things in general. Instead of objective pessimism, it's a pejorative view on things beforehand.
This world view operates a different view on how things fundamentally are: instead of "it's good", it says "it's fundamentally corrupt".
