I watched this though it wasn't easy at times.

Witkoff claims to be faithfully representing what his president wants and has directly requested, and I think he is genuine. Unfortunately he has a low level of awareness about the Middle East in particular and has bought into all the usual propaganda and nonsense about Israel, been led around Israel by Israelis and told about how things are. He never met anyone from Hamas although he's been to Gaza. His understanding of the region is pitiful for someone in his position, but he might be holding back quite a bit. Tucker definitely was, he knows that even he has to tread very carefully in this area. It's hard to believe either of them could be so naive when talking about Israel's goals for the region.

On Iran, it's tiresome at times to listen to all this discourse knowing that Iran almost certainly already has nuclear weapons. Witkoff talks tough but its all just nonsense, nothing Iran has said gives any indication that this whole maximum pressure strategy is going to amount to anything. They have been openly defiant.

On Russia, it is a lot more positive in that Witkoff and Trump seem to have a favourable view of Putin personally and there was a nice anecdote about how Putin commissioned a portrait of Trump by a skilled Russian artist. He had Witkoff deliver it to his president, and told Witkoff that he had prayed for Trump after hearing about the Butler assassination attempt because he sees him as a friend.

Overall impression, Witkoff is a useful idiot and so is Trump, when it comes to the Middle East. But we shall see.

Yes! Tucker finally gets Alex Jones on his show. I recently heard that Jones has kicked the booze and he has lost a considerable amount of weight, he looks way healthier. It's just been posted on my feed so I'm only on the first hour, but it's been a good general chat so far. They've dove head first into discussing 9-11 straight off the bat, and Jones is back on bullish form. I'm wondering when Israel will get a mention though....And what of Russia, China, Iran etc?

A lot has been said about Jones over the years, and yes at times I've been so frustrated by him, but he's showing signs of getting his life in order at a good time. He's taken a lot of flak over the years, and has been under considerable pressure from authorities too. I'm hoping Tucker eschews taking Jones in his more eccentric directions and things don't get hysterical, as happened on his mammoth 4hr chat with Joe Rogan many years back. It's a chance here for him to show he's not a carnival barker for conspiracy theorists, there's actually a sound mind at work even if he, much like David Icke (who has fallen out with him of late over Gaza and Trump), go a little fuzzy when, having laid out the problems, grasp about in the dark trying to articulate the solutions. I used to hate him, but these days he doesn't seem so hyped-up in his manners, OSIT.

I hope everyone gets to see this one. Jones lays out quite a lot of what we can probably expect to see in the coming months in particular. Tucker is also in fine form expressing a calm moral center throughout.

Also hope folks here are doing as much as one reasonably can to not only take good care of themselves, but to prepare/prep in as practical and as realistic a way as possible; the level of Crazy looks like its going to be kicked up a few more notches.

Coming up later today, Tucker Carlson will be interviewing Maxime Bernier, the leader the PPC (People's Party of Canada), running to be the next Prime Minister of Canada. As much as I admire Max for his consistent messaging over the years and his courage to act according to his principles, I don't think he or his party has a snowball's chance in hell of winning the general election.

Over the last few elections, Max has failed even to win a seat for himself, let alone a member of his PPC, as most voters in Canada have been manipulated by the media to believe that anyone outside the traditional leftist uniparty (LPC/CPC) system is considered to be a far right extremist. So it will be interesting to see if they can make any headway in this election.

Either way, it's good to see him popping up on popular podcasts lately. This one with Tucker should be an interesting one to watch. Who knows, maybe we'll even see him on Rogan at some point.
