Two universes?

Had a dream last night, in this dream I was speaking to an old friend with whom I meet regularly ( it's the impression I have ) and at one point I made the comment that we were living in two different and separate universes but these universes meet each other at some point and it was due to that that we were able to see each other

I have no idea what to make of this dream

I felt a deep sense of friendship but could not say if it was from another life....I think this contact is happening now,

It could be just a dream, and the friend can be some aspect of personality/emotion that you represented in a human form. If some unconscious issue has been communicated to you through the dream, maybe other dreams with different symbols will make it more clear.
