UFO or military tests?

Don't you think that people have the tendency to think of everything that looks different as alien? I seriously feel that this is a military test. What do you feel?

A majority of reports of UFOs usually state that the objects are silent, though there are exceptions. The reported noise and vibration emanating from this particular craft may imply a more earthly origin, though one cannot entirely rule out other possibilities. On a related note, my wife once witnessed a craft similar to the one described, albeit a silent one with more rounded points, while she was in close proximity to Andrews Air Force Base (http://www.andrews.af.mil/) which is about an hour or so by car from where I currently live.
