I stumbled across this documentary on youtube on human mutilations by british investigator Richard D. Hall and is much more then I expected. Much information is based on anynomous military source but is corrobrating what is said here and other objective sources. Good part of it is interwiev with David Cayton, animal mutilation researcher who mentions some animal cases and there are photographs of animal mutilations and that human mutilation case from Brasil, so it is graphic and not for faint hearthed. Hall mentions that he was contacted by Derek Gough(ufo investigator because his first movie silent killers was concentrated on animal mutilations and Linda Moulton Howe) saying:

Hall made a call to Howe and asked her about human mutilation case from Brasil and she said there is no evidence for it and it was unprofessional that her work is conected with this case and that she showed that photos to former medical staffer in Vietnam about it and he said they had often such cases in Vietnam and that it is the result of agent orange(I had good laugh). Cayton says he is shocked by her reaction because it does not add up because it does not explain incisions and removed organs. They also mention and Daylatov Pass incident in Russia in 50-ties.
Hall contacted Gough and he shared his information he got from his military source which Hall says later contacted and can vouch for his source. He also interviewed Gough and is in the film, but only on tape. Their source is he says some special ops guy who worked for NATO team who were on 24 hour standby and were deployed all over the world. He voluntered for that team in 1980-ties but Hall says that he said he did not know for what he bargained for. Their mission was to secure crash sites or areas were human mutilation cases occured. After securing the area they waited for the team they called collectors, which were always Americans, they were in command of it as he says. The bodies were being sent to US. He says that this guy said he witnessed 20-30 cases of human mutilation across world. One case was 8 year boy, one case whole family: mother, father and boy and girl( typical mutilation cases, sexual organs removed, no blood, in some cases and no hair or pubic hair, etc...). Many times they found empty vehicles(in some cases seats ripped out) and they never found bodies, but vehicles were taken to base for examination. He said they operated all over the world: whole of Britain, Germany, Spain, Australia, Yugoslavia and even Russia because US had best technology for such things so other countries let them do it. In one case there showed police investigator because the land in question was between civil and military authority and american gave order to shoot him if he did not back away.
He and his team became unhappy with what they saw(in his alleged words one is combat experience and this is something much worse) so they took photos and he gave photos to Gaugh after trying to give them to one other UFO reporter (who taped him against his will for this special ops guy s protection) and after that his house got burned down so he became silent. Then he found Gough who was investigating only in that time strange lights in the sky. He was shocked and decided to bring photos to police(bad call), and detective said they are going to arrest that guy who gave him that photos. next time he got there they said detective was on holidays.
After that they said to him that that military guy was joking, that he saw some lights in the sky and made joke. But he gave photos to Gough and he turned them to police but made copies. then he published this story for magazine but it was edited, after that calls started to ring from mainstream media wanting to buy the story, photos, but he refused. Then they started making threats and one day called him from scotland Yard saying that one person, friend of his is on warrant list but they contacted that friend and he was not. They figured out that they wanted for him to publish it so it would end up as lie and his whole story discredited. After that his house cought fire in his office and he gave photos to ex police officer and UFO investigator Tony Dodd who got in contact with that military guy and published the book about that. He passed away and Hall tried to get photos from his wife but she refused. They also said that Dodd omitted some things because he was for many years in service of a crown.
Hall then goes into his contact with this guy and how he found him based on Gough info that military guy gave him. This guy was allegedly in trouble walking, said two of his friends in unit died from tumor and skin cancers(he is concerend he would get cancer also), and he had multiple schlerosis, all from radiation because of close contact with objects. He said that aliens did not look like they look in the movies with big black eyes and smiles but his experience was that the being was devilish looking, Hall suggesting reptilian entity. That they will ripp you apart, in spilit of second jump 16 meters, that there were human body parts in UFO s and other species inside. That they are not friendly, that they are here long time before humans, never go to them without cover because they are so fast. He said that people he worked for knew when they will appear, he did not how but some sort of technology and that they had some technology that brought them down interfering in their porpulsion system based on lasers. He says he mocked info out there about UFO s because it is mostly desinformation because of fear of elites losing control if it got out. He said he did not know how they came hear, just that they appear and disappear.
In the end of film they discuss about Greer s idea that they are all benevolent as desinfo and how Howe was threatend to not go further at gunpoint but they did not caome across any hyperdimensional aspect of phenomena.
What I was wondering how they did not eliminate this guy because they found about him through Gough going to police maybe and through those tapes that that first ufo investigator took they could based on voice easily find him, so on the other hand he could be desinfo agent but still everything he said was corrobarated with objective sources. But on the other hand he was careful and not giving any videos of him so maybe ptb thought that way the whole story is easily discredited and people not giving any attention to this story without any clear evidence, they do not know he even exists because he was smart enough not to show his face but stupid enough to give Gough his adress alegedly from what I understood.
