I bought the book Ukraine: ZBIG's Grand Chess Board & And How The West Was Checkmated, today after seeing it on russian insider

I'm only a 5th of the way through at the moment, but if the rest of the book, lives up to the first few chapters then it promises to be a great
read, I'd totally agree with the russian insider review.

it's probably nothing new, for regular readers of sott, but the Geo-political context is great, and to be honest it's a refreshing to read,
the whole story without the propagandist slant, 10/10. it seems like a good book, to loan to anyone who is ignorant of the situation,
and is looking for an uncluttered view of the situation in Ukraine and Eurasia as a whole.

This was an excellent book! I thought it did a great job explaining all the various elements involved in the Ukraine. I was surprised at the technology of the Russians to completely shut down the electronics of the USS Dennis Cook back in 2013 in the Black Sea. Plus, exchanging the dollar while it is high and turning around and using it to buy cheap gold. Thanks for the recommendation!
