Hold your nose and try not to Barf--again! (correction--oops, that's Newsweek--not Time--"mistakes were made," "we do take responsibility for that error" Thats some sort of an aplogy I guess)
This author manages to fill the page with worthless ink and attempts to fill our minds with a load of meaninglessness, IMO.

Don't have the time to do an extended analysis, but notice how the author does nothing but lead the reader where the author wants to go--without Giving Anything--any Facts, Information, Truth, or Reality. Instead, we're given what the Mind Control Machine wants us to have--the false idea that what we're being given by the System is Really what we Want and Need.
That's my take anyhow. What a disgraceful facsimile of true journalism.
The basic idea that I gathered is that BushII can and will somehow rehabilitate himself by imitating BushI--and this is what the "public" Wants and Needs--and is the Real reason why they voted for the Democrats! Like BushI was somehow EVER a model worth imitating! Even with the boost of a major war, he managed to take the economy into the dumps and lose with the incumbent's advantage and the words, "I unleash my sons on the world" or some such.
The truth is that the public, if they had a real choice, would probably have voted for a viable, truthful, sincere Opposing alternative besides the Democrats, if such a thing existed, but it doesn't exist--so they had no choice BUT the Democrats. As usual the choice in our "Democratic" society was between No Choice and No Choice.
