UnitedHealthcare CEO shot to death in Manhattan

UnitedHealthcare CEO kept a low public profile. Then he was shot to death in New York

I thought the headline sounded stupid... 'Then he was shot to death in New York'... It goes on to read:

'Brian Thompson led one of the biggest health insurers in the U.S. but was unknown to millions of the people his decisions affected.

Then Wednesday’s fatal shooting of the UnitedHealthcare CEO in a targeted killing on a midtown Manhattan sidewalk thrust the executive and his business into the national spotlight.'

Again, that reads as if his low profile was killed, and him consequently, in the spotlight.

I thought to myself: 'There's going to be a lot of Unitedhealthcare commercials now', and sure enough, a UHC commercial played as I wrote this post.

Anyway, I checked Wikipedia to see what UHC has been up to, and they have a history of lawsuits. But they're big enough to silence the press with advertisements.

Taylor Lorenz Says 'We Want These Executives Dead' Hours After Health Insurance CEO Murdered

by Tyler Durden

"Former Washington Post reporter Taylor Lorenz encouraged people to kill health company executives just hours after the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Biran Thompson."

"And people wonder why we want these executives dead," Lorenz wrote on Bluesky in response to Thompson's murder."

From zerohedge with, as always, lots of X's and links: (with indications of the "why" do this)

The following article has a video of the shooting in it, plus there were words on the 3 casings that were found.

Assassin’s 3 Chilling Words on Bullets Left Behind After Shooting UnitedHealthcare CEO

i can understand. i am in a usa health reimbursment scheme. i happened to read who was the ceo. i looked him up. he is worth just below ONE BILLION dollars! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE ??? from where does his money come ??? by NOT reimbursing claims ??? and they are so nitpicking.
these excessive fortunes are a moral scandal and these vultures deserve their coming karma.

In this video, the weapon used was a replica type weapon of a WWII era gun. Probably more expensive than most. It was used by spys.
So, along with the words wrote on the bullets, the type of weapon can also be a message - maybe to the incoming administration.
But two distinct messages... one against the insurance company, and one to threaten important people who are in govt. or industry that are no longer protected from or feared by organized criminals.
But if there are two messages, the insurance company explanation is just a alibi, or cover for killing the CEO, who might have talked too much in an investigation. And the symbolism of the spy gun is to threaten any official who might get too close to the activities of these people.

I wonder if the 'denial, delay...' was supposed to be confidential - kept secret by investigators, pending investigative processes, but was released to their surprise.

The choice of an exotic and expensive weapon, along with a 'message' inscribed on bullets does indeed point towards this being more than just a disgruntled customer.

I wonder if this is connected to the appointment of RFK jr to go after Big Pharma. It almost looks like Big Pharma lost some of its protection, maybe due to conflict and power struggles among the deep state factions.

Actually good news!

I wonder will they arrest actor Jake Gyllenhaal? 😄

Look his image and screenshot of the killer from surveillance camera:

This video is about current news regarding UnitedHealth - accusations of insider trading.

Lawsuits emerge against UnitedHealth and some of its executives

Second and third video is about business practices of UnitedHealth/insurers and how they exploit both patients and physicians with their monopoly level scope, how claim denial works and other business practices.
