Or could it be that US is rethinking the embargo and making a plan to exploit the Carribean waters now controlled by Cuba and being courted by China and several European countries. Why do we persist in calling the changes we want in other countries social and "good for the people" instead of flatly stating we want economic gain by controlling the region or people?
