No tire no case is how I see it! Where is the tire? Oh, what is that? The driver came back, fitted it back onto his car and drove away? Oh quite logical thing to do! How did the driver know exactly where the tire came off if he drove God knows how many miles down the road before realising he had a missing tire? :/
Surely if the police can locate these witnesses, they can locate the driver and truck that lost its tire? No??? Tbh, it is a low profile case! Nobody was injured so why waste any more resources pursuing it!
