Uterus bleeding

I'm happy to say that my bleeding has stopped after 30 days. What a relief! :D I hope that I wont get myself into a situation like this again. I will do my best.

Great! Any idea whether it has just passed by itself or there was something particular that helped?

It truly must be a relief Aiode! Sure sounds like it was stress related. I remember taking lots of raspberry leaf tea when I was pregnant, but I hadn't heard about the uterine benefits of GoldenSeal. Might be a good herb to have in my dispensary. Can the GoldenSeal or progesterone cream be used for teenagers who have just started menstruating but very irregularly, and sometimes for 2 weeks on end?

I'd be careful with GoldenSeal, that's a strong herb. Definitely counter indicated during pregnancy. As for teenagers, I'm not sure either. Maybe small doses, but not before more research is done to make sure it wouldn't cause harm to a young and still developing body.

I think it passed by itself, but what I noticed is that, in my case, during this month, I was doing some physical work outside (snow shoveling) after which my bleeding was intensified. I have connected it only after I reflected back. Also, I was completely under sweat during this work and in a previous years I had much more snow to shovel after which I wasn't that much wet. Maybe it would have passed sooner if I didn't do that, or maybe that had some beneficial effect on me, because of stress releasing? I'm not sure.
I felt really good afterwards, you know, being in a fresh air and getting out some negative feelings through work.

Thank you all for support and advices! :)
