There are some real gems in this talk, if you separate them out from some of the other stuff. All in all, it's very good.

I equate his meaning of "existence" to being stuck in the false personality, and his meaning of "life" as getting over ones issues of self-pity and self-interest and instead doing something beneficial for others and for reality.
