Totally sick.
The child wasn't obese at 4'4" and 94 Lbs.
That pediatrician is ignorant and not up on the latest scientific findings regarding what constitutes good health and nutrition.
The Mom - slim as she looks - obviously has her own issues with food.
The 3 of them should look into going with a Paleo diet...and not worry about calories and out-of-date height/weight charts.
