Regarding the fog and the stuff it leaves behind there seem to be basically three possibilities:
1) Spraying and testing of some kind of nano-dust as you described it.
2) Changing weather patterns and air pollution coming down to the ground.
3) Thinning of the veil letting through some weird stuff, maybe even on purpose.
Which explanation is most likely, I don't know. Maybe a combination of 2 or all 3 of these possibilities.
Not a good sign, it seems things will accelerate even more this year. It gets the feeling that all those warnings about the upcoming changes the C's warned us from the beginning are manifesting themselves right before our eyes.
It could be related to the approaching of an Ice Age, here below an example of the changes that are taking place and are accelerating by each month.

I guess that they are spraying something and it's part of the ongoing agenda. It could be any of the other possibilities mentioned or something else entirely. We are in an unstable period where unlikely things seem to happen more frequently. Whatever it is, there may be strange aspects associated with it, uncharted waters. That lightning struck buildings symbolic of the US government and its monetary power on New Year's Day seems to be a message from the DCM. I don't know, it could be the PTB playing on religious and apocalyptic fears. Look at all the most reasonable, logical, most mundane explanations first while applying Occam's Razor. Answers to some of these mysteries will probably not be solved until it's all long over.
There was a very thick fog where I live on the last day of the 2024. Such big fog is a rare event, but I have experienced such big fog here before, so I didn't want to report about it in this topic. But today my aunt, who lives 4 km away from me, said to me that yesterday there was a big fog where she lives and that when she went to the balcony she felt awful smell and that she couldn't even breathe how bad the air was. She said that she never felt like that before. So it seems that there really is something wrong with the air across the world.
This is a good compilation of people reporting on the fog they're in. The narrator says the fog is happening in areas where there was the heavy drone sightings. He also says the word drone is being censored on tic toc. People say they're getting sick, airports delaying flights. Many seem to be in metropolitan areas. Here's a situation where people could willingly put those masks back on, I would. Will there be a run on gas masks? I suppose the fog will dissipate and people will forget about it but the "mission" will already have been completed whatever that is. But, is it possible this is a natural occurrence, doesn't seem like it.

The concept is interesting.
With all that fog, I wondered if the US is f**ked. Probably not that bad, and if it is, many other will be as well.

à 3,06 dollars par MMBtu, contre 2,90 dollars auparavant. Elle prend également en compte
les prévisions à plus long terme, qui annoncent des températures constamment froides
jusqu'à la fin de l'année.

The relation between the amount of water vapor present and what the air can hold at a given temperature is the relative humidity, while the dew point is the temperature a mass of air has to be cooled for the amount of water vapor present in an air to reach a relative humidity of 100 %. If they give the temperature as 15 degrees and the dew point as 10 degrees, then the air cooled to 10 degrees will create a situation where the air is saturated with water vapor; any further saturation will lead to condensation. When a jet flies through dry air there will hardly be any contrails, but if the jet flies through an air mass that already has a high relative humidity, then the contrails will linger on for much longer or even blend in with the clouds already present. Below is a diagram that shows how the maximum holding capacity of an air mass changes with temperature. What could be of help to evaluate the claims of unusual fog formation would be to have data about temperature and the relative humidity on the locations where the observations are made.
