I came across this while browsing through substack. Apologies if it has been referenced before.

I personally am not sure who the author Nel is. She has a brief bio, but beyond that im not sure. It was i thought a good read, and it dived deep into the Empire's plans and military strategies against Russia, China, Iran and the BRICs.

I just happened to listen to an interview with Nel, where she goes over many of her points in the articles.

Here is the NATO produced video mentioned in the article and in the interview, that perhaps highlights this insane western elite mindset that she is talking about.

Some highlights:

Isn't this something more akin to STS panic? It's almost as if the general population doesn't realise that the elites are part of that matrix, or hirachical system. And they also don't realise that there's a hyperdimentional or off planet aspect to it too. Perhaps that is one of the most important factors? And probably the one that they want to 'keep under wraps' for as long as possible.
