I would suggest that you spend some time reading "Life Without Bread" thread. You might be surprised at how easy it can be. You CAN lose weight without feeling hungry or deprived but you have to approach it as a lifestyle change, NOT a "diet.". And in many cases, it can happen pretty quickly. When my son changed to the paleo diet, he literally melted before our eyes. But it can't be done without some guidance and the attention of a physician familiar with the principles. In order to find such a doctor, you need to be familiar with the principles yourself. So, read the "Life Without Bread" thread in the Diet and Health section.

I agree, I was chubby, almost obese. Tired of drinking juice with lots of sugar, bread and that kind of stuff. Anyways those things were never my favorite kind of food. So I stopped to eat them because they retain fat and because is known that they have no real benefits at all, I did some exercise, something simple like walking and running, some bike... and I just lost tons of weight, it was easier than I expected, really, I thought I was gonna need to go to the gym, but I didn't.

I agree. After I lost my job I had been so depressed that my weight shot up to 320 lbs. ( I was an emotional eater) I studied everything in the forum and started last July and I now weight 165 lbs. I am the same size I was in high school. All but 50 pounds or so was gone before last Christmas. I will never go back to eating sugar and gluten . When this is approached as a lifestyle change with complete understanding it is not as hard, as you understand WHY you are doing what you are doing. It is worth all of the effort required to achieve health again, and the knowledge is priceless.

Cardio exercises are the best for the weight loss purposes.
You can do jogging, running, swimming, jumping, push ups, pull ups etc. to burn your thick fat and lose your excessive body weight.
A good weight loss diet plan is also very necessary along with regular workout plan for the effective weight control.

Philip, you've made several posts in response to health related topics, most of which are just plain wrong. Introduce yourself and your qualifications in the Newbie's forum, please, and learn the rules of the forum or your account - and posts - will be deleted.
