Ok, so, I have a little more clarity about their choice.

Firstly, there is a repayment plan and service and parts coverage.

Secondly, apparently in Australia you have to be an Allied Health professional to use anything above 1.35ATA which is then considered medical grade intervention. Naturopaths and physiotherapists are not covered by medical insurance liability. If you buy a unit for personal use there are no problems but to treat clients the liability is there.

Thirdly, it is a unit combining oxygen and hydrogen which has particular benefits that they have looked into and found appropriate. I am not clear on those details and have not looked into that.

At the end of the day, it's their choice and I do hope they will look at some of our information in the diet and health posts. There are some very informative posts including people's experiences with this equipment.
