Some old 70's funk cuts from Miles Davis' ex missus, Betty. He was a genius, but it was Betty who introduced him to the late 60's rock music scene. Which then redefined his 70's jazz output, and spawned fusion. So she's a good creative character in the nascent scene of the early 70's, when many styles merged in a search for a greater musical transcendence. Was it overblown? Sure. Was it worth it? Hell yes! Funk, Jazz and Rock all coalesce with good driving riffs and rhythms.
