This reminded me of a video posted on SOTT of the 5 stages of awakening:

AutomatedMan, the more I read about it the more I am optimistic that if you make positive changes in your diet everything else will become a lot more easy because if your system is clean and working optimally your mind will become more healthy and strong and the things you are afraid of now will become challenges to overcome. Take things one step at a time. I have found the SOTT Talk Radio health and wellness shows most enlightening. You could download them and listen on your way to work or while doing chores. Perhaps the episode on toxic additives from the 11th of May will help you to think twice about those diet sodas!

So precious metals are good investements?

PS he also suggested to buy weapons (rifles etc).

The first thing a newbie could learn about is how to implement "The Prime Directive".
This is all about Free Will, and you need to learn how to respect not only the free will of others, but your own free will.
A search of the whole Forum for "Prime Directive" and "Free Will" should present you with many lessons, should you choose to do this.

Hi all,

Thanks MusicMan for the suggestion, there is always things we can learn, if and when we are ready.

Always some good advice,in the transcripts, they give us hints etc.

Hope Everyone has a Good day :)

Great question, and topic for the forum. imo. I think this may become an important thread for the newbies board. I wanted to look at it as i needed a reminder of where i am, and where i believe i need to be, and how to get there. Thanks for bringing it up Hitsu.
