What may be these lights?

I really do not know what may be these lights, some people had mention that lighting effects from previous days rehearsals of Roger Waters first concert (It was at Foro Sol in Mexico City on the 28th); the lights appeared on 27th and were seen "near" or in the area of the concert, nearer of the Mexico City's Airport, people whom record them do not specify to where they were though. I had been lookin for images of lights before earthquakes as well, had never been in one of those kind of concerts, do not know what kind of show lights it can display, from the lights place to the concert place, it can be around 5km of distance....still do not know for sure if those are either or ...

That seems like a reasonable explanation, lasers could reach that far out and still be seen I think. And if you look at the first video they do seem to be radiating outwards from a central point.
 
As the concert hypothesis may be correct, I do have a slight problem with it. Usually laser use in concerts don't stay stationary. It's usually lots of movement and strobe effects and color changes.

Yes, at the first video they seem like be radiating ... and they look similar --somehow, to the short like pillars at one of the songs of the concert starting at minute 11...

That's why I had my doubts, had not seen/had not found any light projection that could my ended up like that, since there had been "weird" lights more often, I was/still curious ...

Yes the first video looks like a laser show from the ground (from a concert or something). I've witnissed similar laser shows and how they project patterns like that into the sky. And yes that it doesn't move is unusual, normally they move and thus change laser patterns in the sky. The laser on the ground could just have been on a hold, for whatever reason. With a strong enough laser (and handheld lasers you can buy, are more then strong enough) and a diffuser lens anybody can repredose such patters in the sky. I've done it myself.

The second video looks like something else, like a noctilucent cloud.
 
Although similar to laser beams, these lights not only appear to be stationary, but also seem to be detached from any source of light. Laser beams usually radiate from the source unbroken (see some examples here).

And if the second video relates to the same episode, then it's probably not light in the usual sense, but some kind of 'remnant radiation' after some event (the concert, perhaps?), because it seems to be dissipating with time. Fwiw

The beams just appear to be broken because they are at a distance and clouds are infront of the beams closer to the observer OSIT.

Thanks for the comments and examples, I am more convinced now that those were laser beams projections ...

And there is also the "effects" from being recorded at night and with a low tech cellphone

While seeing the examples and searching for more, I found a laser that produce sounds, is called the Laser Harp... I did not know about that either ...
