First of all, who is William Klein?

William Klein (born April 19, 1928) is an American-born French photographer and filmmaker noted for his ironic approach[1][2] to both media and his extensive use of unusual photographic techniques in the context of photojournalism and fashion photography.[1] He was ranked 25th on Professional Photographer's list of 100 most influential photographers.[3]

He was invited to a Photo-Festival in Istanbul and some of his works were exhibited between 18 Oct. 2014 to 18 Nov. 2014.
During the exhibition his photograph below was censored:

Why? because of extreme violence or extreme pornography in the photo? No!

Before further investigating the subject perhaps it is better if I share his uncensored photo:

As you can see they have censored some cigarette ads in the background of the photo.

Why? for public health? to protect children? I think unlikely! Legally there is no reason to censor a piece of art.
To connect the dots we should remember what happenned during those days.

The autocratic islamist ex-Prime Minister and new president of Turkey, the co-president of USrael's Greater Middle East Project, an old puppet of PTB (who is about to expire his shelf life) and an anti-smoking NAZI Mr. Erdogan ordered police to catch a smoker during the very same days.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has ordered police to fine a man after catching him smoking in a cafe.
The president was visiting a busy street in Istanbul's Esenler district when he spotted the man smoking on an upper floor.
He wagged his finger at him, saying "there is a penalty for that".
Police were then ordered to fine him. Smoking is banned in public buildings in Turkey, including bars and restaurants.
Video footage showed an irritated President Erdogan tell aides the smoking man was "shameless".
"He is still smoking despite the president having told him not to," the president said.
The cafe was also fined 6,000 lira ($2,680) for violating the smoking ban.
The incident has prompted a backlash on social media, with critics accusing the president of increasing interference in private lives.
The president is no fan of smoking - he once declared that it posed a danger to Turkey "even greater than the threat of terrorism".

Considering the fascist police state with media blackout in Turkey and Mr. Erdogan's hysterical reactions to smoking, and considering that the exhibition hall was very close to Mr. Erdogan's Istanbul office , probably the organizers of the exhibition didn't want to risk their careers because of an old photo and probably they autocensored the photo I think.
