A Disturbance in the Force
This thing has been on my head for 2 months already i think. I went to clinic and see the doctor. He said is because the pimple did not fully purge out the toxins in it, thus,it activates it defense mechanism by
"granulating" itself. Thus forming the white part. I try to pull it out but apparently i cant because the base of the lesion seems to be grown together with the "horn", embedded together.
However, I'm able to "trim" the white part with a nail clipper. Are cutaneous horn soft enough to be clipped off by the nail clipper? If its not soft, then most likely mine isnt a cutaneous horn right?

All I can say is - get yourself another doctor.
One who is willing to remove it properly.
- Unless you want to keep it, of course. It makes an interesting conversation piece.

Have you done some research on this? There are plenty of articles on google if you search "skin horn" or "cutaneous horn".

http://www.skinsight.com/adult/cutaneousHorn.htm

http://emedicine.medscape.com/article/1056568-overview

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cutaneous_horn

http://www.naturalcurefor.com/treatments/cutaneous-horn

http://www.livestrong.com/article/10109-treat-cutaneous-horn/

etc.

Some of them mention NOT trying to remove it yourself, but having it completely removed via surgery after determining whether it's benign or not.

I would also suggest that you do some research on DMSO, and/or local cryotherapy.

Agree with this. Dermatologist, perhaps.
