This is a FB page about a cute dog found in miserable condition.

Xena came into Dekalb Animal Services on September 15th in a state of horrible neglect. She is now getting the TLC she needs to be an amazing puppy.

Looks like she will be fine now.

I am always shocked when I see how bad people treat dogs or cats. It makes me sick. Here in the country where I live animals are not very well loved. (again, I am not talking about everyone but a big bunch of people). In summer they abandon their dogs on the roads. Or when a dog is not useful anymore they hang them. I have always with me a little jackknife (to cut the rope) in my purse in case I see a dog hanged but hopefully till now I did not see one. In the village, dogs or any animal is perceived like an useful "thing". This philosophy makes me very mad. In my mind, if someone tortures a dog this person is a psychopath. Point a la ligne.
