It wasn't a drone. It was a jet airplane.

Looks like it could have been a stall issue.

Everything happens within the first minute. Afterwards, they deal with the traffic and other planes. The plane reached the altitude of 1400 feet and from the radar readings, looks like it almost stopped moving forward and quickly crashed. Trying to overcome the stall, the engines were working full force and that's what made the missile-like high-speed fall.

The video from the ring camera where the guy is walking out the door talking to his wife, show a classic AFT CG departure stall. The plane shows classic signs of recovering from a tail down flat to wing over with a complete 180 degree reversal of direction with sudden downward acceleration due to full power engines.

What makes the crash particularly tragic is that apparently there was a child on the plane who was transported from hospital back home.

As mentioned previously, that's likely because it was flown into the ground. You don't see many airplane crashes like that. Most are some kind of mechanical failure (deliberate or otherwise). In those cases, pilots will take action to try to land the plane or slow its speed before impact, resulting in a much slower descent. People were likening this plane to a missile because, unlike most other plane crashes, this one was traveling at missile speed as it descended. That suggests it was manually flown (either by the pilot or someone else) into the ground at full speed. As @Gawan mentioned, it's reminiscent of the German Wings crash, although there is no video evidence of that.

As explained in PoB's post, if the plane experienced the '"stall" during take-off pilot's action to get out of it would be to increase the speed of the plane which explains the observed behavior. FWIW.

Yes, but notice that it's not its horizontal speed that is recorded, it's airspeed; during the last 3 secs registered the surface distance is much shorter due to a sharp angle of its path when it descended by 300 ft, so a significant part of the speed had vertical vector and was helped with gravity acceleration.

Thanks, yesterday I saw this video but due to lack of knowledge I did not understand much and had other things to do, now that I see your post it is clearer. Weight in balance, the center of gravity. Captain Richard Leavy explains it.

I guess it was a series of unfortunate events -at least of what is known-, I can't get it out of my mind that it also has some sort of symbolism due recent events of increasing uncomfortable emotions between mexican and american people, sometimes the universe is funny.

From reading comments in different places, it seems that the pilot did indeed have control of the plane but that the vertical stabilizer either failed or got stuck in the nosedive position. So the pilot did all he could to steer the plane away from homes, aiming it for the middle of the road where it crashed. Vertical rate of descent of 11,000fpm puts speed at 125mph.
 
A falling object's velocity increases by about 9.8 m/s squared, minus air resistance. On X, I saw a video of the crash taken from a distance and the author said it looked like a missile, but, before impact, it looked to me clearly to be curving toward the ground as it lost horizontal speed and gained vertical speed.

It gave me the idea, though, to start chronicling the news every day since Trump was inaugurated, to gain a sense of whether there is more anomaly and spectacular distraction than usual.

Isn't it a bit odd that the planes engines were roaring as if at or near full throttle? Why wouldn't the pilot has turned off the engines? Maybe he had reverse thrust on or something?
