Volcanoes Erupting All Over

Re: Ethiopian Volcano Erupts for the First Time in Thousands of Years

South Atlantic Anomaly is getting bigger:
The above quote is from "Watch the skies and land and oceans" as a reminder of the giant blob down there in Africa, for which the "super plume" story of that Stefan Burns guy doesn't make it even the remote justice (no surprise there). The blob being related to the release of heat from the inner core and the South Atlantic Anomaly, which is near Africa. Effectively, we're opening up for upcoming and incoming cosmic energies.

Like the C's said, "However, watch Africa"

Q: (Joe) When you say "sequence", you don't necessarily mean in the same geographic region then?

A: No.

Q: (Joe) On the...

A: However, watch Africa.

Q: (Joe) Africa doesn't usually have quakes.

(Niall) The Great Rift? Somalia and the Horn of Africa...

A: Recall the strange events off the coast several years ago.

Q: (Joe) The outgassings?

A: Yes

Q: (Joe) So it could be Africa as in off the coast of Africa.

(L) Was there some strange noise off the coast…?

(Tuatha de Danaan) Madagascar.

(L) Yeah.

(Breton) There was a very deep underground subterranean cavern that collapsed, and it was huge and deep... Off of Africa. That's what I remember.
Session 1 December 2018
(Pierre) What was the cause of this monochromatic earthquake that lasted 20 minutes last month off the coast of Madagascar?
A: Grand chamber collapse deep underground. Like a deep sinkhole. And extremely large!!!
Q: (Joe) They were saying they thought it was an undersea volcanic eruption.
(L) So what caused it?
A: Combination of factors including crustal slippage and magnetic field anomaly. Check gravity graphic for the region for clues.
Q: (L) That must mean that globey thing they made that shows the shape of the Earth according to its gravity.
(Pierre) I would guess the anomaly shows a weak gravity so there'd be less binding force there.
(L) So it doesn't have anything to do with the sun...
(Andromeda) That trembling was on the 18th, and a week later the sun did the singing.
(L) The sun was singing.
(Joe) You could have more of those with gasses bubbling up...

(Chu) And an earthquake.

A: Yes. Close enough.

This could potentially be a significant marker, in history, literally.

You all don't be afraid to connect the dots and network. We don't have to be strictly a news feed, and some people here are smarter than those bozos AKA "influencers". Worse case scenario, we figure out something or learn something.

Good observation Gaby.

Here in is latest podcast, prof. J. McCanney refer to, I think, Stephan Burn, as a clown trying to use and steel is material. At 5:20 min. from the start.

"However, watch Africa"
Yes that was my first thought as well yesterday and went and checked the session immediately.

Hayli Gubbi, Ethiopia

Indeed. What a rare event. German Vulkane.net also reported from this Ethiopian volcano as follow:

Volcanic eruption in Ethiopia: Hayli Gubbi confirmed as the site of the eruption
November 24, 2025, by Marc Szeglat

Strong explosive eruption in Ethiopia originated from Hayli Gubbi – long period of uncertainty

Yesterday morning at around 8:30 UTC, a powerful explosive eruption occurred in the Afar region of Ethiopia, sending an eruption cloud up to an altitude of almost 14 kilometers.

Since the eruption was only observed from a great distance by the local Afars, there was initially uncertainty about the location of the event: At first, it was assumed that the explosion occurred at the well-known shield volcano Erta Alé, then it was assumed that the eruption originated from the neighboring stratovolcano Ale Bagu.

Finally, almost 7 hours later
the first satellite images were released, identifying Hayli Gubbi as the location of the event. The VAAC Toulouse confirmed the eruption after 3 p.m. and issued a VONA warning for air traffic, long after the ash cloud had already spread over a large area at an altitude of 13,700 meters and posed a danger to air traffic.

When I started reporting at around 2 p.m., it was assumed that Ale Bagu was responsible for the eruption. In fact, all three volcanoes mentioned are located within a radius of 7 kilometers from a central point between the volcanoes, making it difficult for eyewitnesses more than 50 kilometers away to determine the exact location of the eruption.

The Erta Ale Volcanic Chain
In general, all three volcanoes belong to the Erta Ale volcanic chain, with Ale Bagu located on the western edge of the area and not quite fitting into the pattern of caldera-forming shield volcanoes in the chain. Neither Ale Bagu nor Hayli Gubbi have been active in historical times, or at least there are no reports of activity. The GVP even goes so far as to state that there have been no known major Holocene eruptions of the two volcanoes, which means they are officially listed as extinct. Something I find hard to imagine in relation to Hayli Gubbi.

Massive magma intrusion
I first mentioned Hayli Gubbi in July 2025 in connection with a massive magma intrusion that apparently originated from Erta Alé and had penetrated into the southeastern edge of the Erta Alé Range. Initially, satellite images showed that lava had flowed through underground tunnels into the Hayli Gubbi region, causing thermal anomalies at degassing holes. At the time, I pointed out that it could not be completely ruled out that the Hayli Gubbi itself had become active.

An InSAR image that I fished out of the depths of the internet, and whose date or origin I do not know, shows massive ground deformations along the Erta Ale chain. The ground deformation suggests that yesterday's eruption may have been only the beginning of an intense eruptive phase.

It will probably take a few days before a team of scientists arrives on site and provides reports, assuming anyone can make their way to this remote region at short notice.
