What a nice place.

In the mountains is the place where I am most comfortable.

Pure air and no waves on the phone.

Without cell phone coverage it's great.

In addition, the effort at altitude means that when you descend to sea level the body absorbs more oxygen.

Personally, I feel at peace when I'm trekking; fortunately, these mountains are nearby.
When I go mountaineering, I practice intermittent fasting. I only drink water, I don't eat anything.
I don't get hungry (I can stay like this for more than eight hours of hiking).
I'm fortunate that I don't have any physiological problems.
For several years, I've taken advantage of this and filled glass bottles with water I get in these areas.
I've never had gastric problems. I try to keep the water cold and flowing.

It is indeed extremely lovely. Not sure if I should mention this, could be nothing. When I stare at the sun in your photograph, it shimmers before my eyes. Is it something to do with how you took your photograph (I know nothing about photography, by the way!) or is it the technology? EM perhaps? Yesterday, while I look at the sky while walking my dog, I noticed the beautiful rising sun among the clouds. While watching the clouds changing colors (pink, orange, blue, yellow etc.), they actually shimmered and they seemed to change, reducing and coming back in size. It was almost magical and amazing. Is that normal? Is it a bleed through from 4th density? Not sure. All I can say it was amazing.

I think it's a camera effect, so the sun looks like that. I also try to go hiking as early as possible, I personally love the light and how the mountains look at that time.
I have a thing about taking photos with the sun on my trekking trips; it's kind of my signature.
