There over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general's signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached. The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a "mass exodus" of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.
Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.
The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people.

I started looking because of the razor wire and long thought idea that it faces inward was significant -

I'm not understanding the draconian measures Mike Adams is seeing in the Tennessee EO just sighed. To me it's just the normal jargon about staffing for the worst possible outcome and using the military if need be, also there's a bit about new facilities being erected and over crowding concerns. I colleague of mine in France had spoken to a police chief on Tuesday, who was not happy about having to control compliance of vaccination passes. He said that only 20% of the police in France (or in his unit) is vaccinated, so he didn't like it that they had to control people when they themselves were not vaccinated. It is unknown to me how big a police chief he was, whether it was a local unit or a region. The police in France were exempted from mandatory vaccinations.

If that figure of 20% or close to that, actually applies to the whole of the French police force, then it could also be possible that a number of police will add support to the side which object to forced vaccinations as we go forward. September seems to be the crunch point as a many have been given until the end of August before they have to have the pass to stay in their current jobs. The French railways, SNCF is one such company which has given the 31st of August as the dead line. The ultimatum from above is to get vaccinated or to get tested every few days at own cost.

It is dated December 10, 2020. The date tells us that all the information in the document is taken from the Pfizer clinical trial, based on which the FDA authorized the vaccine for public use.

A key quote is buried on page 42: “Among 3410 total cases of suspected but unconfirmed COVID-19 in the overall study population, 1594 occurred in the vaccine group vs. 1816 in the placebo group [who received a saltwater shot].”

Those shocking numbers have never seen the light of day in news media.

The comparative numbers reveal that the vaccine was not effective at preventing COVID-19. It was certainly not 50% more effective than a placebo shot—the standard for FDA Emergency Use Authorization.

Let's look at the comparison of data in France and Germany. While vaccinations were pretty tedious in France throughout June there was a dramatic increase following Pres. Macron's televised speach on July 12 when he was demanding a 'health pass' for the citizens. ("It will be necessary to curtail the freedom of the unvaccinated")

On July 21 the upsurge reached its peak and subsided as quickly as it came.



In Germany the vaccination activities peaked between June 12 and 26 which could have been due to people preparing for their summer holidays abroad.

From July into August we're looking at the vacation season and an according drop of numbers.
It may also be the case that the fearful half of the German population had already been served.

There has been a tightened set of Covid restrictions introduced by the federal government and the states on August 10 which culminates in the elimination of free rapid testing as of October 11.

It will be interesting to see whether orders and threats of that kind could tempt the unvaxxed part of the population to come running for their shots.
