Beyond all that was said about him, how much joy he gave to so many generations with his wonderful music and eternal rock and roll. Although very old, I was able to fulfill my dream as a child to see it live in 2015. RIP Chuck Berry!

Now I was listening "La Juanda" from his great album "One dozen berrys" from 1958.

For anyone that has sleeping problems, today I found this very interesting article:

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/music/classical-music/max-richter-sleep-eight-hour-lullaby/

Richter composed Sleep in consultation with the neuroscientist David Eagleman, who has written extensively about the purpose of sleep. "Max is doing a really cool experiment," says Eagleman. "For a long time people have wondered, 'Can you influence the brain through music and speech while you're asleep?' The answer is, 'Sort of '. You can't learn how to speak Chinese by playing tapes because, unfortunately, your brain needs to be paying attention, but there are ways to influence what's going on in the brain. We've all had the experience of an external sound influencing the content of dreams.
