2010 Crop Circles

Several of the recent circles seem to be designed to encourage viewers to conceive of shapes in 3d, or maybe 4d!

That's very close to what I was going to say. They recently started using two-point linear perspective to draw "3D" CC's. That's the second one after the "Danebury basket", but as for me, the breaking point was the Whitesheet CC which is one of my favorite CC's. It reminds me mercury (lively/quicksilver) and seems to getting ready to jump out of a 2D plane. That's utterly subjective and doesn't make much sense, I know, but that's how I see it anyway... :umm:

Can't wait to see where they are going to take us with their dimension lessons! :) Not to mention the historical/geological aspect that is very mysterious as well...

the next one....http://www.cropcircleconnector.com/2010/guys/GuysCliffe2010a.html no arial shots jet but the location is intriguing--http://www.ancestral-locations.co.uk/guyscliffe.html

from that page
The story of Guys Cliffe is forever linked with the legend of Guy of Warwick who, it is claimed, inhabited a nearby cave on the banks of the Avon, where he spent his final years living the life of a hermit.
....The estate has had several owners over the years. The Greatheed family purchased the estate in 1751. Samuel Greatheed built the house and his son Bertie extended it between 1819 and 1824. The estate passed, through marriage, to the Percy family, relatives of the Duke of Northumberland, in 1891 and the house was then sold in 1945 to a business consortium. The family continue to own land in the area, although now resident in Hampshire.

Percy family???? doesn't Laura have ancestry of that name?

Very interesting 'cubic hexagonal circle'! What comes to mind is: the surrounding hexagon represents planetary life, the atomic number of carbon being six. The three crosses represent 3D. The small cube at the centre can be seen as coming out or going in, which suggests properties of 4D – 'through the looking glass' as the Cs once described it – representing the potential for growing our connection to 4D. This connection being somewhere at the centre of our being and hard to grasp with 3D thinking.

The photo above shows the location of the circle. The first thing I thought of was that the placing of it is as though it has just been born. Perhaps it's some weird psychological program on my part :/ but I saw the innermost part of the 'bay' as the opening from which the symbol has just been born. Further, the field reminds me of the sea, with the hillock looking like land which suggested to me the symbolism of birth into the waters. When a being has just been born, it is full of potential, pregnant with possibilities, waiting to be activated by knowledge.

The central figure consists of 19 cubes, the number of years in the metonic cycle of the moon.

These are very interesting thoughts Endymion. Along a similar line of thinking... in the picture that shows an orientation that can be interpreted as water and land, the land forms a Gulf. And here we have the symbol for 1st aid. Hmmmmmmm.

Indeed... That's a very interesting speculation. I hadn't thought about that CC as a first aid symbol, but it certainly fits.

It also seemed familiar to me, associations to the icon for biohazard

sixed petal lotus, dawid star or hex? These cubes and hexagons are not inspiring to me. It's like a prison commercial.

Awesome.....
Truly enjoyed that, Thank you!

I just got around to watching it myself, and it's truly awesome to see each CC after another as they appeared over the years. Thank you, un chien anadolu.

Yes, I missed this the first time around, but it's really great and looks like it took a lot of work -- thanks :)

I had the 'atomic' impression as well when I first saw the inner pattern, though it's not quite the same - and the outer pattern is reminiscent of a bio-hazard symbol, though not quite. It's almost more 'sharp' than a bio-hazard symbol.

Perhaps this would be the symbol that would be used after they deployed a nuke to attempt to close off the Gulf volcano? :/
