It seems from the information on the Democrat war-games and election planning such anarchy was intended to be directed at Trump to help delegitimize him in the event of his apparent election victory. So we potentially have these anarchist groups who have been primed to go off around election day if a colour revolution is needed for the Democrats to win. However according to the media their primary target has already been defeated and so they are breaking free of their leash and showing signs of biting the hand that feeds them.

I wonder whether we will see these proxy groups develop into some chaotic Frankenstein’s monster. It seems unlikely that such protests would see much popular support under a Biden presidency and should fizzle out. But I suspect the more organized elements could still cause trouble as we may be seeing.

It's clear that the Soros/Democrat-sponsored Antifa/BLM types and Left-wing SJWs are just pawns to ramp up the chaos factor in the Color Revolution that will usher in the Glorious NWO. I wonder if there will be shock or regrets when the Dogs turn on their Masters and not just the intended victims? On a higher level, I doubt if 4D gives a hang about their Elite Disciples. The public Elite are pawns too in this cosmic game. Lots of lower vibratory loosh to vacuum up.

Yes. I was seeing Andy Ngo's pictures on twitter last night, you can notice that the first thing they did - overnight - was put on a fresh coat of paint to hide the graffiti symbolism. You wouldn't want people to make the association that the left is still rioting when media is trying to paint them as the good guys.

The article you linked has pictures of the damage immediately after the event, including graffiti. Meanwhile, this video also filmed last night, shows the fresh uniform coat of paint, still wet:
