Tyre Nichols — a 29-year-old Black man — died on January 10, three days after being arrested by officers of the Memphis Police Department (MPD). According to Memphis police, Nichols, who stood at 6-foot-3 inches, but weighed only 145 pounds, was initially pulled over for reckless driving on January 7 and allegedly ran from officers. The police department also reported that officers had two “confrontations” with Nichols after he complained of shortness of breath and was rushed to a hospital in Memphis, where he died three days later. According to the family attorneys Ben Crump and Antonio Romanucci, an independent autopsy was done by a forensic pathologist, which determined that Nichols died of “excessive bleeding caused by a severe beating.”

Since Nichols’ death and the release of his autopsy results, The United States Attorney’s Office, the FBI Memphis Field Office, and the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice opened a civil rights investigation into Nichols’ arrest, death, and the actions of the five officers involved. All five officers have since been fired and formally charged with two counts of official misconduct, one count of official oppression, one count of second-degree murder, one count of aggravated assault, and two counts of aggravated kidnapping. Each of the five officers has since made bond as of January 27.

Here's a video of a BLM guy trying to stage a police abuse incident. His eyes dart about while ignoring the police officers commands - looking for a place to give the incident maximum exposure - then uses George Floyd's name as a reason to fully resist. He is tasered and dies.


Another interesting news video from NYC... While it isn't Antifa or BLM, these are supposed oppressed people... Illegals housed in expensive hotels, refusing to leave, throwing the food in the garbage, and engaging in criminality.

I thought he died from tasering, but it seems he died of a cocaine overdose hours after being hospitalized. He was conscious during his arrest and transport to the hospital.

Deputy arrests FBI agent after strange meeting

This video is body camera footage of an encounter between a FBI agent and a police officer. The FBI agent is conducting an investigation into corruption of local authorities... He calls a officer who issued a ticket to a driver some weeks earlier and asked that officer to meet somewhere outside an office environment to discuss the ticket. The officer asks how he obtained his private phone number... Agent becomes secretive and his licence plate comes back as being owned by an electric company. Behaving uncooperative, and asking the police officer to turn off his body camera, the officer calls his supervisor who then detains him...

Then the FBI agent - all the while being secretive, stand-off-ish, and intimidating - is put in the back of a police cruiser in handcuffs... Where he goes into George Floyd mode, claiming he can't breath and was suffocating, despite the cruiser being air conditioned, and the outside temperature being in the 60s. The supervisors sort out the situation, and the agent is released, but then the agent demands they call 911 and that he needs an ambulance. He is transported and later released....

The video ends with the narrator grading the conduct of both parties, skewed more in favor of the FBI agent. To me, you'd think there would be cooperation, even if he was undercover - at this point, cooperate, not act like a phoney and feign injury.

Section 1. Antifa as a Terrorist Threat. Antifa is a militarist, anarchist enterprise that explicitly calls for the overthrow of the United States Government, law enforcement authorities, and our system of law. It uses illegal means to organize and execute a campaign of violence and terrorism nationwide to accomplish these goals. This campaign involves coordinated efforts to obstruct enforcement of Federal laws through armed standoffs with law enforcement, organized riots, violent assaults on Immigration and Customs Enforcement and other law enforcement officers, and routine doxing of and other threats against political figures and activists. Antifa recruits, trains, and radicalizes young Americans to engage in this violence and suppression of political activity, then employs elaborate means and mechanisms to shield the identities of its operatives, conceal its funding sources and operations in an effort to frustrate law enforcement, and recruit additional members. Individuals associated with and acting on behalf of Antifa further coordinate with other organizations and entities for the purpose of spreading, fomenting, and advancing political violence and suppressing lawful political speech. This organized effort designed to achieve policy objectives by coercion and intimidation is domestic terrorism.

Sec. 2. Designation as a Domestic Terrorist Organization. Because of the aforementioned pattern of political violence designed to suppress lawful political activity and obstruct the rule of law, I hereby designate Antifa as a “domestic terrorist organization.” All relevant executive departments and agencies shall utilize all applicable authorities to investigate, disrupt, and dismantle any and all illegal operations — especially those involving terrorist actions — conducted by Antifa or any person claiming to act on behalf of Antifa, or for which Antifa or any person claiming to act on behalf of Antifa provided material support, including necessary investigatory and prosecutorial actions against those who fund such operations.

Sec. 3. General Provisions. (a) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law. This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

(b) This order shall be published in the Federal Register.
