Anxiety

Hi everyone, I just had to jump on here as I am having allot of anxiety lately.

My palms are sweaty, they sort of feel like ballons. Pins n needle in my back, pains in my chest, that move around a little.

My heart is beating a little fast but not that bad.

I havent done EE for a few days, as I think this has something to do with it.

Also too, I am writing a big posting to share here, in the swamp, Im talking about my life, it is painful, bringing up lots of stuff.

I am giong to the store to get some valerian.

This has been happening everyday since I re-started EE again.

To I notice that I have been realeased from addictive behavior, I still smoke though. Since march I am not interested in eating, it has become a chore. Prior to this I was a binge eater at times, I really enjoyed food, and on occasion would stuff myself with food, nothing too bad, Im in average shape, I exercise, eat well, take some vitamins etc.

I was a little bit of a binge drinker in the last couple years, meaning I did not drink much, but when I did, I would have about 6 drinks, which is too much. Now I dont drink at all, thanks EE.

My thinking is confused right now, I cant find the EE thread, and panicked a little, so I just got on this thread to say this.

I do POTS about 2 to 3 times a day.

The EE has expanded my lungs and cleared them up , or so it feels.

I was planning to do a EE report, on my progress. but this came up, I will post it in the EE web site later if it would help others.

Right now I feel that I need the help. :scared:

I used to have anxiety, its been gone for years, but it has been back in a big way lately.

Too at night , the other night, I was awake, and then reality dissapeared, and a dream was before my eyes, 3 people coming towards me, one I think was on roller blades?!?

I can see things when I close my eyes in bed too. Sort of visions, but they seem to be made of a mosaic of geometric shapes. and then faces will appear. Some are beasts, some are human looking.

I've had this through out my life, but it is every night since re starting the EE.

Another thing, in the last year, when I look at digital clocks, it is usually 11, 22, 33, 44, 55 minutes after the hour, now since restarting the EE, it was happening 100%, for the rest of the day after the EE, this is really weird.

Please help me. :cool2: :boat:

Harold,

I couldn't help but think that some of the symptoms you describe sound like a magnesium deficiency. It's likely that if magnesium is out of balance in your body there are other health issues as well. This is just what stood out to me from your post.

Also, if you are having anxiety, why are you concerned about quitting smoking? I assume you mean smoking tobacco? I've found smoking tobacco to be a great way to relieve stress and anxiety.

It sounds like the first step is to straighten out your diet and get your brain chemistry in a balanced state. Have you looked into doing the Ultra-Simple diet? This might be a good place to start.

Hi Harold,

I have to agree with RyanX. You say you're not eating much and that it seems like a chore. You're likely missing out on important nutrients, vitamins and minerals as well as good fats which definitely affect your mental state. If you're feeling bad it's always good to first review what you are eating or not eating as a starting point.

Hello,

Well I was posting my reply but! alas it dissapeared! go figure!

I'll try again

harold

Ok, Ill make this quick, as I have some work to do. I'm burnin up here, ringing in my ears, the anxeity has left, I took a valerian. and ate lunch.

for the most part , I follow the ultra simple diet, which suprised me, it is just the way I eat in general. There are a few items I need to get, and I will follow it.

up till the last week or so I have been taking magnesium, also I took calcium, zinc, vitamin d &k, Im out I'll get more.

I think from what I can gather its the seratonin, a couple of decades ago I had Anehdonia, I was taking lots of neuro trans mitters then, so try the 5-htp? I'll check my health food store.

Anxiety - yes

Fatigue - occassionally, not constant

Depression - occassionally, not constant, more having to do with real life current situation of earth

Impaired cognitive function - yes, forgetful, memory loss

Low self-esteem - not habitually

Loss of pleasure - no

Insomnia - not recently

Poor impulse control - if anything that has really been improving with the EE, relatively speaking it is gone

thanx again

You could be under the influence of something! Keep on track on what you have to do, your goals, and keep doing EE. Remember to try everytime that you get a bad emotion, to make it a good and peaceful emotion. :) :) I would recommend don't taking Valerian at midday, it relaxes and "puts to sleep" your body so you will continue the day feeling restlees. Try Tilo tea.

Hello Harold,

5-htp/serotonin came also to my mind when I read the topic title.

Have you read the magnesium miracle thread already? Because lots of magnesium that is available in stores cannot be absorbed by your body.
I don't know if you have already done so, this topic Ultra Mind Solution Quizzies could give you an overview about your deficiencies of your body, maybe with the results "Psyche" could help you out too!

Or just take a walk after work, to calm down. :cool2:

thanx Gawan, I walk allot, but not today. I've been doing lately allot for the anxeity. I went through the magnesium thread quickly, I have bookmarked it and will look at it again.

I'll do the brain quizzies too

thanx :)

Hi EGVG, :D

I cannot stop thinking about what you said, I was thinking about it, but your comment has me going.

I throw it out there, I was off the Forum for a few months. When I got my internet back, I started the EE again.

It was like a whole new me. really really good.

And then the anxiety started. And now today the ringing in my ear has come back. Once this happened, I realized it was gone since the EE started up again. And it is very strong(signal).

I wonder if my controllers or whoever, STS/PTB, Aliens... whatever they are.

Are giving me this anxiety to get me to stop the EE as this is what I am doing.

And too, when I start to think this way, the `your crazy` programs start running like crazy.

Anyways I`m off to get the 5-htp, I cant wait any longer. And then I think I`ll come home and do EE.

cheers

Harold, What do you mean by the above?

My own addictive behavior kept my anxiety tamed and under control, so to speak, so I experienced a resurgence of anxiety for awhile after I tackled a few of my habitual activities.

Are you doing the complete EE? Maybe you could lay off the Ba-Ha portion for awhile? That's what I did and it helped tremendously.

Pipe breathing during the day also helps keep me calm. You should make that a habit, I think. :)

Hello Bud,

Nice to make your aquaintance. :)

I have no compulsion to drink Alcohol, no need or desire. That goes with any substance for that matter. Except for sugar, but I am working on that. Hopefully I'm sweet enough! :-[ My eating patterns, show no signs of compulsion, I eat to give my body nutrients. The eating has been a tough one as I appear to be left with an emptyness regarding food. I'm not hungry, at all, I'm not used to this, as I think I was eating to stuff feelings, no desire to buy a large pizza and eat it all. I also had a experience many months ago, where I had this notion of eating my first meal, this is hard to describe, it happened in concert with my EE.

I want to add too Bud that it has occured to me that this anxiety is a result of, as you said 'tackled a few of my habitual activities', which I dont think I tackled so much as the EE , has induced a  spirit release of sorts. :)

Also too, I do incorporate pipe breathing into my daily activities, it is most helpful :cool2:

One other thing, its funny as I do not even think about this anymore, is emotional entanglements. Its been over a year of celebacy/relationships, and I am working towards intimacy with only my friends, thats been difficult as it takes two to do that tango, and most men are very not into this, and women get the wrong idea

I had allot of lonlieness with this, but since EE, I do not long for physical intimacy, but that part has only been recent, a couple months or so

I am giong to consider your advice regarding the Ba-Ha portion, as I really do not want to stop the EE.

I am hoping my anxeity will go away, I just came back from the store, with the following items:

-25mcg Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol)
-45mcg vitamin K2 (as Menaquinone)
-500mg Calcium (calcium caronate)
-250mg magnesium (Magnesium Oxide)
-25mg Zinc (zinc oxide)
-50mg L-5-HTP (L-5-hydroxytrypophane)(griffonia)(seed)
-3mg Elemantal Copper(HPV*cheelate)
-xylitol
-Desert essence; natural, tea tree oil and neem toothpaste(floudide free)

also the other day I sent in my application to FOTCM, and for the EE DVD.

next books and books and books :cool2:

cheers
harold :boat:
Thanx Bud! :flowers:

Hi Harold,

As listed in the Magnesium thread, Magnesium Oxide is not going to benefit you in increasing your magnesium levels. It will only act as a laxative. You need to purchase Magnesium Citrate or Magnesium Malate (or perhaps Magnesium Orotate (sp?) ). Also, there is little need to take Calcium until your Magnesium levels increase, since it's poorly absorbed and most people on a western diet have too much calcium due to its widespread promotion. I don't have much input on the other supplements you bought, but I'm sure others will. I hope this helps.

Hi Anart!

I just stopped working, to give a little report, and to recieve a post from you, as always, is a pleasure. Your one of the reasons I take this forum so seriously. The fact that you, Laura and others have never made an attempt to appeal to my ego, has been a comfort. I trust that. Thank-you. :) You are a good example for me to follow.

So I took one of each of the vitamins I described above.

I feel back to normal, almost immediately, no, I even feel better than that. Lots of energy, clear thoughts, no chest discomfort.
