I found out about Barbara O'Neill through a lady who had cured her cancer with O'Neill's protocol. Barbara has a number of youtube videos that are worth adding to a watch list.

On a separate project, I was looking looking up information on salt inhalers and ran across the benefits of sole water. I did purchase a salt inhaler but have not given it the dedication of daily use. The sole water is something that I have used for the past few weeks and I feel more hydrated and less thirsty after drinking it throughout the day. The taste is fine, much like mineral water without the fizz. I have tried the sole water with Himalayan salt and sea salt and I like the Himalayan salt. I found this recipe through parkviewwellness.com along with the description of the benefits of drinking the water. Neither of the salts in either solution completely dissolved. I don't re-shake the jar after it has set for a couple of days. The water above the undisolved salt is clear and this is what i dip my teaspoon into and add to the quart jar of drinking water.

How to prepare sole water

Sole water is easy to prepare.
Find a glass jar with a plastic lid.

Every morning, mix 32 ounces of water with one teaspoon of sole water mixture and drink it throughout the day. The sole water mixture should be diluted. Do not drink straight concentration.

Do not store sole water in metal containers. The high salt concentration can cause wear on some metal products.

  • Fill 1/4th of the jar with Himalayan salt and rest of it with water.
  • After sealing the jar shake and let it rest overnight.
  • In the morning, you will notice that the water will be fully saturated. If there is still some undissolved salt left at the bottom, leave it for some more time.
  • Once all the salt has dissolved, it is ready to be used.
