Context: After recent Indo-Pak war, India sent delegations to different countries to update the situation ( their point of view) to different countries. So does Pakistan, which Indian media calls it 'Copy-Paste' act. Shashi Tharoor, MP of the opposition party( and in the process of switching to ruling party) leading the delegation to USA. He is known for his high sounding English and Joke in this context is
"One who terrorizes normal public with English is called - Tharoor-ist"



He was also publicized as playboy. Here is another joke on that
