A look behind closed doors in the Biden White House. It makes me wonder what else could be going on there. Such bizarre and outrages behavior with these dogs. Fitton says he suspects there's more to the story and he'll continue to look into it. 
The report says Bidens previous dog "Major" was also attacking people. Animal abuse is also reported.

I remember my dad shooting one of his favorite hunting dogs because the dog bit his sister on the hand - one time.
This is a complicated subject so I hope I can represent it decently. This looks like a BOOM! to me and you may find it interesting.
This started with parents around the country serving papers to school board members holding them liable if they don't uphold their oath of office (as servants of the people) and this includes being bonded along with the oath. The parents where successful and mask mandates where pulled. Its discovered none of these "officials" have legitimate oaths and they are bonded to the corporation of the US which was created in 1871 putting the US under maritime law. A fake government was installed over the people but Constitutional Law still existed but in a dormant state.
Common Law which is the true law of the land under the Constitution is the vehicle being used to serve these people with notice to comply or penalties will be applied. My understanding is all states have their own Constitution which functions under Common Law and are sovereign apart from the DC corporation. According to Miki Klann, Texas is now acting as a Republic although this isn't being reported. After a person is "served" they have 30 days to comply, get with it or else. Has Governor Abbot been served (just wondering)? They're given a way out so maybe he complied.
At 45:00 min. its described what happens if there isn't compliance and this is the BIG Boom, if true. Klann says the accused are being taken away by the military. Can we believe that? This woman seems truthful and honest to me so if true, its explosive. Nino presses her on this and she seems to be holding back on details which isn't necessarily surprising. He told her at first not to share anything that makes her uncomfortable.
Some of her claims about Trump while in office are wild so I'm left questioning that, such as "taking down" the 13 ruling families.
The Democrats are constantly yelling about threats to our Democracy, well we aren't a Democracy but a Republic. A Democracy is the first step to tyranny and the founders where absolutely against it. She speaks of this at the end. A success for the US would restore the Republic and Democracy is gone.
One other point that has me wondering. She says POTUS has limited powers (under Constitition law I assume) and the main duty is to protect the people against foreign invasion. The entire take over of the US government and turning it into a corporation was an act of FOREIGN invaders. It's a thoroughly encompassing claim that covers everything.
At 19:40 a video is shown of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors being served and they hurriedly leave the room. They have 30 days to comply, then what? I guess we'll see if anything happens. Maricopa is one of the most corrupt counties in the nation.

It sounds like a tactic from the sovereign citizen movement. IMO it is an egregore, or a thought-form that may be downloading into certain people. Many are desperate for some kind of way to fight back in the face of all the tyranny, and so are happy to see some 'power of the people' on display. Except it's not exactly what is seems.
We could see more of this kind of thing - new religious cults, political movements, and saviours, some of which may be COINTELPRO, being embraced by the masses. As the C's said, don't let yourself get stampeded.
Anyways, I learned about the sovereign citizens years ago. I think I bought into it originally, as I didn't have much in the way of critical thinking skills back then. It's been discussed on the forum in a bunch of places. I've included the threads, and also quotes that present a critical view of this type of tactic, as I think it the critical perspective is the correct one.

These last two links indicate that there IS a difference between Maritime Law and Common Law. There is also the idea that in Atlantean times, there were advanced Empires on the coast, and tribal peoples living inland (sea/land distinction again). There is also the distinction between thalassocracy and tellurocracy, apparently popularized by Russian philosopher Alexander Dugin.
So I think it's been a regular meme in human history. But I am somewhat convinced that the sovereign people's movement is the 3D manifestation of an egregore that capitalizes on this meme, and also social despair, to drive people into legislative battle with petty tyrants, only to give false hope and drain them dry.
Yea, all this has been out there for a long time and my impression has been similar to yours. I know people who are busy going through all the laborious paper work to reclaim sovereignty right now. My view has been why bother, the people running the show will do whatever they want with you regardless. Why would one think they will follow the rules.
Even though this has been out there for so long with the drain and false hope on people you describe, is it possible some things have changed to give this movement teeth? That would be if the military where enforcing this as claimed. Is this woman, Miki Klann, hysterical and delusional, are the victories won through this process by parents false? I haven't looked into these events at all so I'm only taking her word for it at the moment.
Maybe she is part of a psy-op unknowingly. She's seen people being taken away she claims, but maybe its all for show. The people disappear for awhile but then are relocated without charges, all to fool the public into thinking something is being done. I could imagine other scenarios.
The claim of military involvement was the interesting part for me and why I shared this. Of course it could well be all BS which we are so very used to year after year.
30 days for these people in Arizona, will something happen or not? The truth is outed in the end so we'll see how it goes. The C's advise not to anticipate which is good.

She apparently believes Q is legitimate, so that undermined a lot of what she's asserting. And, as she told, getting rid of one group was a short-lived success as another group was just brought in to take their place. Still, if they are having success against school boards and city councils in regards to the Covid mandates, then that's something.

A couple other notes: the war of 1812 predates 1871 and the civil war and has some oddities about it that raise a lot of constitutional questions as well. Even constitutional hall of famer Lysander Spooner raises a lot of legit questions on the original documents and just who they apply to and what they mean. Great legal minds are good at that.
