I have been looking for this kind of information and analysis for YEARS. This kind of thinking is rare, and does not often get into print. This is the real big picture.

I am SO happy to have someone see it and point it out.

Yes, it certainly seems like a comprehensive viewpoint, and I found the review to be quite insightful as well. It's on my reading list, but there's a few in front of it, yet!
 
Very insightful interview. I put in a request to have the public library order a copy, as none of the public, or university, library systems in Canada owns a copy.
If anyone orders from Amazon, please write a review, preferably positive. I got the impression that the more the reviews, the greater the probability the library will purchase it.
