Well , context matters so... i was implicitly referring to Iran , so that would be those that met BOTH criteria, apologies for not being more explicit with my wording, of course in retrospect of my earlier post , this could apply to Un-vaxed ( Semitic or not ) anywhere else. From personal experience , during the period that the covid psy-op was being run ( if you will ) , there were internet media presences , that i have no doubt even if i can´t prove to be associated close enough to STS heirarchy, publicly asking what countries to move to, to use as a safe harbor to avoid any enforced vaccinations .
