Some because the cluster would go behind a building, but others clearly because the video was cut early. Is that some sort of censorship as well? Or were those not really cluster bombs but a fragmented missile with no significant damage on the ground? Or decoys not meant to explode?

These helis and jets are net-centric = able to receive and exchange fully computerized targeting data from the entire Iranian, Russian and Chinese army on (Starlink-free) separate and secure military satellite channels. Also able to perform in case of loss of communication with 'central command': do decentralized warfare. Against the Kurdish and Azeri Proxy Army:

The last foreign fighters obtained by the Iranian Air Force were Russian twin-engine multi-purpose fighters of the 4++ Su-35 generation (4.5 gen), delivered in the amount of up to four units under the 2023 contract. But given the ongoing special operation in Ukraine and the transfer of production facilities of the Russian defense industry to domestic demand, Iranian pilots are unlikely to receive all 50 ordered machines in the next couple of years.

According to Military Balance in 2025, the Iranian Air Force had up to 150 serviceable fighters before the war with Israel. The vast majority of them are outdated models of American production, inherited by the country in the days of Shah Pahlavi or acquired in the first years after the Islamic Revolution, including the F-4 Phantom II (64 units), the F-5E/F Tiger II (35) and the F-14A Tomcat (41), whose maintenance due to the sanctions was extremely difficult.

Of course, the light that stands out above the others could be the main missile, which shuts down after completing its mission of delivering the submunitions. Apparently, there was another similar attack recently.
It could also be the case that Iran doesn't want to attack them intensely at the moment, thus giving the US some space to de-escalate the conflict. Damaging or intimidating them would be acceptable since it could disable them without the US suffering public humiliation.

There are many social media videos in which Pakistani officers complaining that US military guys not even allowing Pakistani Military any where near. There is one rumour that, the nuclear weapons were stored by Americans. Who is running the show there?
In short, Islam is for public consumption (so does Anti-India stance) and sell the country whoever gives money? Who is giving money to them? - Saudi's, Americans and Chinese. I think it will be something that just 'doesn't happen', because people behind the scenes will reveal it and 'the powers that be' simply will not be able to support it. The one thing that gives Israel the amount of power they have over the United States is what they keep in the shadows (i.e. spying, blackmail false flags, lying etc). Once that is revealed.... or someone 'tells on them', then they lose that power and are unable to do what they do. This is why keeping the Epstein files secret was so damaging.
