Brigitte Macron is a man?

Yeah this is all ridiculous when there is very elegant and “decent” solution- simple cheek swab
This was initially refused and that's why everything started to slip already with Amanda Ray (who won and therefore has appealed since).
But Candace only asked for a few photos of her youth, her pregnancy or of her with her young children, and that's why there are escalations and contortions... Simple picture

The humiliation for Brigitte Macron must be absolute. She must be wondering how things came to this. It is one of those situations which will never go away in the mind of the world, despite what verdict is reached.

I am surprised that they have not already come up with some "convincing" AI photos of a pregnant Brigitte and photos of her with babies. We can all remember the photos of Catherine during her problems with vaccination damage.

Unless there was something more recent that narrowed the list even further, Candace's list of questions and requests is a lot longer and more involved then just a request for a couple of pictures.

A fake story was planted?

It's a real story as the Macrons' legal team really did say they were going to provide "photographic and scientific evidence". The People's Voice just used that to create a sensational headline.

For me, the request for photos was before the Mac Ron deployed their complaint to the US court and the yes / no list, requested by Candace in response to the complaint.
But my memory can play tricks on me, that's for sure.

Well tough titties for Macrons ( pun intended 🤣) .
In this age of AI only chromosomes can have the last world.

Well, the price is headlines like "Bridget Macron's 'Vagina' To Be Inspected By Court Gynaecologist to Determine Authenticity", even if that's not really what happens.

Well, “she” may have some form of a ‘vagina’, although I seriously doubt “she” had the bottom surgery done. I’d be more interested in the presence of ovaries, uterus, and most importantly - the chromosomes “she” has. None of these can be replicated with even the most advanced bottom job. And definitely not at a level that would fool a gynaecologist.

If she did have the bottom surgery I wouldn’t be surprised if they asked the gynaecologist to check for a “vagina” and confirm it’s there without allowing them to probe further. This would allow them to get out of hot water on a technicality. Or so they’d think, this kind of confirmation would do very little to shut the mouths of those who won’t take BS for an answer. Candace for once would most likely continue to dig in it.

Xavier Poussard, author of "Becoming Brigitte" gave an interview. For him the complaint is a communications operation. The procedure will not take place as Candace Owens' lawyers have filed an application for a declaration of invalidity. But everyone will have heard that Brigitte would bring "scientifics proofs".

Xavier Poussard: To understand a current event, you always have to look at the previous episode. And in fact, what happened on September 18th, when Owens filed what's essentially a nullity request?

Since, in fact, there are many things that don't add up with this procedure. In fact, as Maître de Castelnau pointed out in an article, it's about the president's immunity, which raises questions about national security. If this is a state matter, then it should be handled at the diplomatic level by the State Department, or at least... in federal courts, there's nothing that will work. So, Candace Owens' lawyers filed a nullity request.

Now, to communicate, since in fact this is a public relations operation, what's being done in the United States isn't an intention to pursue - it's not a genuine intention to pursue - Brigitte Macron's lawyer communicated with the BBC explaining 'we will provide scientific evidence to the court.' First of all, Candace Owens has never been sued for claiming that Brigitte Macron is a man. So in fact, these scientific proofs... are null and void, since it's not about this that Candace Owens could potentially be judged on.

First, and why did Macron's lawyer actually make this communication with the BBC? Because you have to know that in the environment, in Candace Owens' ecosystem, the key, as often happens, is family connections. It turns out that Candace Owens' father-in-law is a very influential figure in British politics. Lord Farmer was one of the Brexit financiers, if you want to say it that way, who was in the House of Lords and is a figure who carries weight. And why do the Macrons communicate with the BBC?

It's to pressure the father-in-law by telling him, roughly, 'if you calm down your daughter-in-law, it's you who will pay.' That's exactly what it means. It's an intimidation and public relations operation at a time when the procedure is collapsing. So in fact, the nullity request will succeed, and the Macrons will say 'Ah, well, it's a shame we didn't go through with this lawsuit because we were ready to produce scientific evidence.' And the scientific evidence doesn't exist. It's all nonsense - there's absolutely nothing.

Here is the key points of the interview:

The interview is between Clémence (a host), Xavier Poussard (a French journalist and author of the book "Devenir Brigitte"), and Fabrice Delinde (Poussard's French lawyer) discussing Poussard's experience with an Italian police investigation related to a cyber harassment case involving Brigitte Macron.
  • Investigation & Charges: Brigitte Macron filed a complaint against approximately ten individuals for cyberharassment roughly a year prior to September 17th. Xavier Poussard is among those being investigated.
  • On September 17, 2024, Xavier Poussard was interviewed by Italian police as part of a procedure launched by Brigitte Macron on August 27, 2024, alleging cyber harassment against a dozen people including Poussard.
  • The Italian investigation was conducted through a complex international process involving translation and back-translation between French and Italian, resulting in a 3-hour interview.
  • The Italian police focused more on psychological aspects than on the actual facts of the cyber harassment allegations, with Poussard noting that the Italian police were confused about the nature of the case since French cyber harassment laws typically apply to minors.
  • Translation Issues: A significant issue raised concerns the accuracy of translations during the legal process – specifically between French and Italian, leading to potential misinterpretations (e.g., "proposito" translated as "propos," altering the meaning). This was flagged even with sworn translators involved.
  • Poussard argues that the case is misapplied because Brigitte Macron is not a minor (she's 72-80 years old), and the Italian police were unaware of the actual facts of the case.
  • The discussion also covers the American dimension, where Brigitte Macron's team has been communicating with American media about "scientific proof" of her gender, raising questions about jurisdictional conflicts and potential extraterritoriality issues.
  • Poussard characterizes the situation as a "farce" that has been used as a political tool rather than a legitimate legal matter, with the French government potentially overstepping its authority.

Why are Italians involved at all?
