A man once found himself in the desert, as the searing heat started to overwhelm him, his thoughts pondered heaven and he remembered a hell fire preacher telling him as a boy, that it was easier for a camel to get through an eye of a needle to get to heaven than him, the man later collapsed from sheer exhaustion.
The man in the desert however lay in the sand, as he lay there his mind repeatedly recalled the preachers words, as he did so he felt the comfort of shade from the suns searing heat & raised his head from the desert sand and realised he was under the shadow of a camel and said ' Camel how do you get through the eye of a needle '.
The camel replied, ‘I am a camel, you sir are an ass '.
The man realised he was an ass & jumped on the camels back saying ' By tonight I will be out of this desert & in heaven '.
The camel wondered ' is this a wise ass or a fool ' for the camel had carried many a fool into the desert, but this was going to be the first time he would carry an ass out of it.
